Last time I had a side of scrambled eggs and they were prepared & seasoned well. The brunch buffet is fairly standard: fruit, pastry, eggs, meats, biscuits & gravy. The regulars are pretty friendly. I enjoy taking my food to the outdoor area, where I could have a few smokes with my meal (before I gave up smoking). They feature a fair selection of bar food: cheeseburgers, patty melts, chicken wraps, etc. Their brisket sandwich and prime rib special are my go-tos, and are some of the best food in Seward.

We made a reservation for 5 PM when they opened on a Friday night. My first good impression of this restaurant was their well dressed and mannered staff. The hostesses and servers were ready for us! The coat rack up front is a nice touch too. We were seated next to the window with a beautiful snowy view of downtown Lincoln. Our server was so sweet and made sure we had a wonderful first dining experience. All of the food was fantastic. Our favorite dishes were the parsnip soup and blood orange toast. I think their menu changes monthly because it was printed. The drinks were okay. I got a non alcoholic cucumber "martini". My husband got a Moscow mule, but it was too tart for his taste.
