It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. My guess is they'll only return your call if you have a big project like 10-20 windows or whole house siding. I called for a bay window and a shutter replace and no luck getting them back.
