Spoke with the GM Andrew Minear and he had the audacity to say they would come back out and charge me more to fix what they already charged me to fix the same problem. I will NEVER use them again. I do not trust them to do a good job and honor their work. See BBB and google reviews on this company. The worked requested and contracted for was the exact same area that continued to leak. It speaks volumes when a business does not honor its work. It represents very low integrity and a lack of pride in the workmanship. Of course it is convenient but not accurate to send a self interested party (its an employee)out to say what you want them to say, but the reality is the work was shoddy and did not solve the existing problem. I will never use your company again. Buyer BEWARE.

LAZY to the point that the varnish on my sunroom is darkening and I see bare wood he didn't bother to varnish. In fact one section of wall shows where he wiped his brush off and never finished varnishing it. Tim Pyle presents himself very well. I thought he was a high end contractor.....But now realize most of his work is section 8. DON'T be fooled. I will attach photos once I figure out how.

They also took great care to mitigate the dust from their work, putting up plastic sheeting on adjacent doors, and covering the contents of closets. Other small--but telling--things: the crew was always on time, was invariably friendly and polite, and they worked around us and our unhappy little dog with grace, consideration and good nature. We installed new hardwood the living room, refinished the abutting floor to match the living room, and installed pre-finished hardwood upstairs.
