Unfortunately, either while my vehicle was there or once I got it back every time there was some kind of ongoing issue that had been caused by them. Ranging from my interior wreaking of cigarette smoke to them breaking expensive parts on my vehicle and expecting me to pay to replace them as well as accepting jobs from me then not having the proper tools to complete the jobs. Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and opportunities to make things right I kept taking my truck back and explaining the issues. Eventually, it got to the point to where I was having to pay monetarily and with my time for their mistakes, and I wasn't OK with that. When I explained that what was happening and how they were handling things was not ethical nor professional, their solution was for me to no longer take my truck there. I agreed, but unfortunately that leaves me still dealing with issues that were improperly done by them after I've already paid them Thousands and will have to pay someone else again to fix the issues properly. I thought that I had some scrapes on my passenger door and I was concerned about the cost. First, Emily (the daughter) came out and started a report and took pictures of the car. Then her father, Mark (the owner) came out to look at the damage. He suspected that the scratches were probably just rubber marks from the other guy's side mirror. So he went into the shop and came out with some thinner and a rag, and with a little scrubbing he got them all off. There were no scratches underneath, so he just sent me on my merry way. I tried to give him some money but he refused to take it. That is the kind of honesty and service that you don't see everyday!
