When you're next to an electrified field of abandoned cars, you're there. My friend had a car towed. So we went on an adventure to hunt it down. It was really stinking hard. I guess someone gave us the wrong address. We called. Called again. Went to the wrong place. Because the place has no sign. At all. We were told to call when we arrived. But didn't know when we arrived where "arrived" was. There's no building at the lot. No person waiting. I don't understand how this company operates. If a person who finds him or herself without a car doesn't have a friend to drive them around for an hour or so and a cell phone to call a handful of times and the time to wait for a person to come to open the gates to get out their car... gah. You just cannot get your car back. It was infuriating. The guy who opened the gates for us said people with his job get yelled at a lot. I imagine so.
