I'm trying to get others to go in on a class lawsuit on this company they are very very rude and disrespectful and thief's they just throw any prices at you I have never met the rudest people in my life that's why I stay out of ohio people over there a very rude and unfriendly as all out 100 degree temperatures had my 2 year old grandson with me they would not offer any help wouldn't give me water to give my grandson told me I had to get out from in front of their place that I could walk up and down the street no sidewalks with a baby and my belongings I was able to carry I live 2 hours away no phone because they would not let me plug it in to charge it so I sat 6 hours waiting for my son to find me I dont recommend this company at all if they see you have no money they will rake you and charge you 400 to tow 50 an day plus taxes each day they need to be shut down for that and for putting people in harms way telling them to walk up and down a road with no sidewalks in very high temps I'm disabled with breathing issues read more

H amilton police towed my minicooper from private property on the assumption it was used in a crime.. with in 24 hours they recovered the property, and figured out my car had nothing todo with it, releasing my vehicle with out me having to pay for it... ive tried for 3 days to get my car as they will not show up to give me access to it. No one at office , wont answer phones and lie over an over bout wen they will be there in order to rack up bills... I got the sorry ass driver on camera dragging a front wheel drive 42k$ vehicle from the rear with out putting it in neutral... atleast 30 ft... then wen the dumb sob is backing up to it you can clearly hear and see him hitting my car.. u hear the boom and my car jolt forward because he didn't have the wheel lift low enough.. well I drive a tow truck too dumb asses, that model does not go I neutral unless body weight is in seat and all the doors are closed, or you have to use the manual neutral override switch on the transmittion... he didn't take any pictures ... well suprise assholes im a veteran who gets free legal aid, you just bought a new mini cooper!.. u can keep it after all thd damages your sorry ass driver i cured upon it... see u in court soon...if the owner reads thjs send me your email, I'll gladly send u a copy of the video buddy, thanks again.. read more

My father got in an accident on Saturday 4 blocks away from our house. Wanted $600 to tow home at the same time. We were told it would be cheaper to come get it ourselves on Monday since it was drive-able. The man at the front desk, Andrew Boeppler said $1300 dollars to pick it up when its a 26 year old truck worth $300-400 dollars in the condition its in. Only reason we went to get it was for sentimental value and I grew up in this truck. Andrew at the front desk started to argue with my dad over the price saying it wasnt his fault. Does not matter who or what the customer is complaining about you have to have some sort of customer service and not to mention at least honor what your company quoted us. Horrible Company. Outrageous prices. Extremely Rude Employee working at the front desk. If you QUOTE a PRICE. Stick to it. This company is ridiculous. Owner should be ashamed of who is working at the front desk. I called on a Sunday afternoon. The dispatcher was rude. Cut me off when I was speaking, would not have a conversation with me. Only one word questions from this Neanderthal. He acted like I was bothering him. I told him, "Seems like I'm bothering you, I'll just call someone else. I called back on Monday morning to report the dispatcher. Apparently, this guy runs the business. He said he was the guy I talked to he said he wasn't being rude, he just wanted the information so he could move on. So I said nevermind. From the beginning they were extremely rude and disrespectful they told me one price over the phone. When I came to pick up my car they started upping the price like crazy. They only wanted cash, and once they got paid they told me this wasn't an all day thing. That my insurance needed to come get the car before noon and that otherwise they'd charge me extra. This place takes advantage of people and should be convicted of both fraud and theft. They towed our car literally 2 miles down the road, charged $195 for the tow, $25 per day... a $75 admin fee (for.... uhm... not answering their phones and their rude customer service) and a $20 fuel surcharge. My family always uses Fox towing. We have had good service every time.

The towing service was dispatched after an accident. The driver gave me a business card and said to call in the morning. Didn't give me pricing or asked if I had triple A or anything. I called to see what the plan would be or if they could tow to a body shop-they said no and i could have it picked car in the morning. I called the next day not even 24 hours. I was told my towing fee ($250), $30/day, $20 Fuel Service charge, $20 administration fee, but since I only had liability they would waive the admin fee and my total was $351 (That doesn't add up to $350 for less than 24 hours-I was being charge 2 days already by 3 pm-they didn't pick the car up until after 6:30 pm the night before.). However, they would take my title as payment (as salvage) if I wasn't planning on getting vehicle fixed. The car was only worth $300-$400 for a salvage yard, so it was a wash for me-but they really gave me no option from start to finish. What a way to take advantage of a bad situation. It's a racket. I'd advise having triple A and getting your own tow-at least you know what you're getting. read more
