I have never seen a company like this..they are rude as heck and they price gouge like crazy.....they charged my daughter $312. And some change to get her car out when they towed it at midnight Friday so didn't even get to the lot till sat and they were closed till Monday morning.....any other lot charges 20 or less a day so that's exactly why they only except cash so they can just take what they want.....absolutely ridiculous.....I'm gonna check on the laws and see if this is even legal read more

Predatory business. Truck driver said he would take card, then when he arrived said they only take cash. They impounded my car. They then opened 20 minutes late for me to get my car. The person at the desk was sweating at me for looking at my car and judging the damage to see if I could take it home. He then charged me $200 for the 2 mile tow and the impound fee, despite the car being there for less than 20 minutes (it was brought in as their office was SUPPOSED to open). They are scammers who only take cash, likely for tax fraud reasons. read more

The most disrespectful chauvinistic company ever. My son was in an accident and his car was towed to the Nicks towing lot. I walked in with him so he could retrieve his belongings from the car. They ignored me standing at the counter leaning on my 2 canes. Just kept talking to each other. So I sat in front of them in one o their chairs and waited. Finally they asked what I wanted. They first told me we could not get in it. That they would need to locate it. I pointed out the window where it sat in front lot. They they asked if I had full coverage. I responded yes. they said nasitily... are you sure what you have? because most people have no idea what they actually have. I was really mad now. I said Yes, I am positive what I have. Why? Because we can not let you in the car unless we know the fees are being paid. I pulled up the app and showed them. Then they wanted to know when it was going to be removed. (mind you it was just brought there 2 hours before) I said I have no idea, I would imagine after Progressive comes and looks at it. Can we get his belongings? They said we could have just a few minutes. They treated me like a criminal and like I had no idea what I was talking about. I pulled my van over and blocked their view from the window with my van so they could not watch over us. I have been to other lots after car accidents. No one has ever treated me like this. They just let us get our things and were kind at an already bad time. Use Bill's Towing in Blue Ash or Reese Towing in Pleasant Ridge. Both were fantastic. read more

RUDE!!! I went in with a friend who was hit by someone and had her car towed by Nicks. The way we were treated from the moment we walked in the door was nothing but unprofessional and rude. I can't help but feel the way we were treated was because we are younger appearing females, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. My friend wanted to get some belongings out of her car since it was soon to be towed from nicks to the insurances shop of choice and was not only denied getting into her own car, but also the men in the shop stood in the window and watched us while she looked at the outside of her car that been hit. All the rumors are true. This place iS awful. When I asked the older man around the age of (80) if I could have my ID back he proceeded to throw my ID at me, it hit the ground. Completely UNPROFESSIONAl, rude, incompetent staff. never got an apology for the way he acted even other staff showed up and witnessed his rude behavior they sat back and enjoyed the show. read more

Obstinate to the point of complete aholes. Literally drug the car onto the flat bed without releasing parking brake or taking it out of gear/park. Need to bring current registration or title to claim vehicle. Won't go to your vehicle to get it if it's there. Cash only. Didn't share that with me until I was standing there ready to go. Charge by dates not days. I.e. drop off at 4pm today and pick up in the 14hrs later equals two day charge. And their aholes about it the whole time. read more

8-17-19, experienced the WORST customer service from this company!!!! The tow truck driver claimed to be the owner, and if thats the case,I"m completely appalled. He was RUDE, ARROGANT and acted like we were wasting his time. As a fellow owner of a similar type business, there is no excuse for that kind of customer service. My car was towed after an accident - I was upset, hurting, shaken. These men refused to let my husband empty the car, as he stands there with the police report. I walked in with two men yelling at my husband while one threatened him with 'lead' and shut the door in his face. Keep in mind, I am crying, hurting and he is trying to protect me from further stress. The man at the desk told me to calm down! I had just been in a wreck by no fault of my own, I am trying to get my belongings and I have watched you treat my husband like a criminal- gee I wonder why I am crying!
