The owner was incredibly responsive, even on a Sunday. I needed an appointment ASAP, and he worked me into his already busy Monday, keeping me updated while he was out on a towing job.He patched my tire in under 10 minutes and charged me well below typical prices. I've officially found my go‑to "car guy." Excellent communication, honest work, reliable service, and very affordable pricing. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the spare tire wasn't tightened (Which I didn't realize). I stopped twice on my way home to double check to be sure I didn't have a second flat tire. I only drove the car home that Saturday, and my husband drove it Monday morning to have the tire replaced. It didn't go any other place. My husband also thought he had a flat. When we took it to be replaced, the service tech sent us a video of how loose the tire was. Well, the loose tire damaged the tire studs. We had to pay $406 to have new tire rods put on. We have a video showing the loose tire, an invoice from the service department saying the damage was from the spare tire not being tightened. AAA and Lifta refuse to reimburse us for the $406. Sad that the tech was so nice, but this is terrible service.

At 6:20 the app updated to "arriving soon" by 6:45 we began calling the company and our calls and Mercedes calls were not just unanswered but clearly being declined by express towing. They also did not answer any texts or Whatsapp messages. We were left sitting for over two hours with the expectation this company was coming to assist. We had to send a new request in with a new towing company and now just wait an additional 90-120 minutes for a tow. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing truly ruining our entire evening. Avoid this company at all costs.

Review preview: if you get your car towed, you want to be towed by these guys…read more So, who likes going to the impound lot? Well, not me! Who reviews an impound lot? Apparently, me! I just wanted to give a little shout out to Jess'n'sons: I was actually helping a friend out of town on vacation after their car was towed from the street. The situation was pretty lame: there was 24 hours 'no parking' notice for a public service, our friends were out of town already - and, as most impound lots are - there's a daily charge once your towed. We arrived to pick up the car, and it was a little difficult to find the office at first, but once I found it, the staff was friendly. They were kind amidst the frustrating circumstance, and even knocked a little off the bill of keeping the car because of the situation. Cool. So, again - if you're going to be impounded for a silly ticket, these are your guys.
