These "guys" have been "working" doing landscaping on our condos for awhile now and they are the WORST!!! Very very rude and they have no respect for our homes. They are paid by our HOA so much a month to half a** their "yardwork" ( lil note, they are here right now and iam in my dining room and I can hear 2 guys haveing an inappropriate conversation. How about you guys do ur work and less talking. And they are talking loud, disturbing the tenants. Our condo is in the back so when they leaf blow they blow everything into our yard and will sometimes open our gate and they don't do that to no other yards. We will be sending many complaints to our HOA and property management to get another gardening company that knows what they are doing. They are supposed to come once a week that's what w me pay then for. Haven't seen them in 3 weeks. They do the bare minimum if that. And leave. They don't cut the bushes like they are supposed to. It's BS and I cant wait for them to be gone. They are located in Fillmore. Iam sure we can find better harder workers. I even talked to one of the main guys that was here few months back and nothing has changed. read more

We moved into the Heritage Valley Parks subdivision in Fillmore, California, in late-November 2020. With the new house we had nearly 2,500 square feet of bare dirt (and a lot of rocks) for a backyard. We asked for landscape design ideas and bids from local contractors, and we went with P&I Landscape, and what a great decision it has turned out to be. This is Fillmore-based, family-owned and operated business that aims to please on every level. We wanted a grandchildren-friendly space with plants that would also attract butterflies and birds, and would be relatively easy to care for over the long-term. They developed a beautiful proposed landscape design and plan for our backyard, and after a couple of consultations and exchange of ideas and suggestions, they started working in early-January 2021. The job was completed in mid-March and we honestly could not be happier. The results are like something out of a magazine. Photographs of our backyard are included in the collection of images that P&I Landscape has included on its Yelp page. We have beautiful trees (e.g., varieties of citrus, avocado, dwarf plum, crape myrtle, and ficus), and a beautiful collection of complementary plants and shrubs that will flower over the seasons. P&I took the existing outdoor irrigation system and beefed it up to include all of the new zones with drip, bubbler, and sprinklers for all of the new plants. They poured new concrete slabs (matching the color of our existing driveway) along the side of the house, enlarged patio deck, firepit area, and slab for our hot-tub. They ran a water line for a new hose-bib installed on the far side of the house. They also carefully graded the entire backyard and plumbed in the existing yard drainage system so that when the gutters were installed on the house, the contractor just dropped the downspouts into the pre-set locations and didn't have to disturb any of the landscaping. The attention to detail throughout every phase of this job was impressive. The end result is a backyard that is not only incredibly beautiful, but also very functional. The final results continually amaze us. It is so beautiful and tranquil in our new backyard. It has become an extension of the living area inside our house. This has become our own beautiful little oasis to sit and read a book and enjoy a glass of wine, or sit on the chaise in front of our wood-burning fireplace. P&I also offers a monthly lawn and landscape care service which we have taken advantage of too. They were good when it was the owner doing the work. However ever since the sons started coming it has been the worst service. I have crab grass, I didn't have before until the sons started.They come barely even make an effort. The mow,edge and that is it. They dont suggest how i or they can take care of my plants. I am so disappointed. They dont clean up the dead plants. They are here for about 15 mins or less. I am calling to cancel the service tomorrow. read more
