The Hooker brand leather sofa and chair needs to be replaced with less than three years use. It is just my wife and I at our house. We tried to file a claim. We purchased their 5 year Guardsman Elite Warranty. The fading began less than two years after delivery. We were told it was due to "medication that we were taking". We certainly did not tell them any medical information. The claim was denied. The stuffing is coming out under the foot rest. We were told it was from bending our legs and putting our feet on the foot rest. We extend our legs all the way out when reclining. We are not as limber as we once were. The claim was denied.

It took a week for me to get cleared on my gun purchase, but if, unlike me, you were born in the US, he will most likely be able to process the request in an hour. If you have "legal problems" that will not be the case. They have a huge selection of used Shotguns and rifles, not sure if there were any new ones. Also a surprising variety of used handguns too - antique and weird looking models in the mix, and he buys some wholesale and sells them retail. I got a second hand .38 special for a VERY reasonable price and Dad got a brand new .380. They sell those little 'North American Arms' brand hand guns, and they are great: really tiny guns that fit easily into your jeans pocket, cigarette case, or whatever. The store itself is a little dirty, smoky and cluttered - it's kind of fun to poke around in though. There are a lot of used tools and construction equipment and tons of DVD's. It is not the sort of place your average female hangs out in (unless she's into remodeling & shooting, like me : ) The owner is a kind and honest person, we really like him. Been trading with the family for nearly 40 years.

I called and they had the used part in stock for a very fair price and the labor cost less than the dog treats I picked up during the short wait in their store. I've never had a shop put on a tire in less time and the building is clean and comfortable; the lady working the counter and the mechanic seemed like kind, genuine people. I will always call them first after today, and would suggest that anyone in the area in need of tires do the same.
