Mike Curtis helped us in 2017 with our large purchase of an anniversary set, helping in choosing a setting, and a loose diamond solitaire and then having the set built and sized. I still love the set so much and receive compliments often! 7/15/24- we were back to have my rings checked according to our warranty agreement. At this time some prongs holding the solitaire needed to be retipped. And we also purchased another anniversary ring for the opposite side of the set to match. The rings have been sent off for the repair, refurbishment, resizing and soldering of the new addition. What is wonderful is that Helzberg's Lifetime warranty covers the tips, refurbishment, soldering and resizing needed! If you wear your rings daily, repairs are inevitable and costs continue to rise. It's so reassuring when the Lifetime Warranty is in place. For our recent purchases (2 gold and diamond rings), we worked with both Nicholle Spear & Maria Gard. They each were so helpful and enthusiastic without being pushy; I appreciate that in salespeople. I recommend them and the store manager, Mike Curtis, to anyone looking for a quality jewelry purchase experience and a quality team to help! Also, by all means, don't pass up the lifetime warranty; it's totally worth it when you finally need a repair or resizing!!

The shoes are a size smaller than indicated. The clothes might say XL but really they're a size SM. The jewelry & clothing & purses are very reasonably priced, so maybe that is why. The XL I got fit a 10 yr old child who wears a MD in girls. So if theh had a 4XL I guess I'd be happy. But they don't. Largest size is a 2XL still too small. Mind you I normally wear a LG in women's & pants size of 14 juniors. So I'd think an XL would fit. The lady running the store was very nice & friendly though. And there were other customers in the store she attended to as well very nicely. Just sizing is off. Definitely would go back with keeping that in mind.
