I booked with White River online in the morning, and that afternoon I was on my way to have a little adventure. From checking in, to getting ready for my voyage, and being on the water in great equipment, I had such a lovely time. Fast forward to about a week ago, I traveled back to Branson for a musical, and I knew I had to go back to White River. I had the same experience with great staff, study/safe equipment and a peaceful journey on the river. The store has a lot to offer for purchase including: clothes, water shoes, sunscreen dry bags and more. You have the option of renting dry bags and a waterproof speaker at a pretty low cost. The dry bag is a must. You're given options for which trip you want to take. My sister and I chose Taneycomo, and it was a little under 4 miles. (We were provided a map for the trek.). We were picked up from out ending point, and taken back to the original location. Sn: Any business that offers free period products is alright with me! Love this place, they will always have my business when I'm in town.

My wife and I went back together on Mother's Day to let her pick one out. The same lady manager was overtly rude again. She then argued with me that she did NOT have the kayak I had just seen there a day earlier. So I got a different associate to go get it and I bought it. I am a life long "outdoorsman". Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. I am part of the 50ish year old still very active outdoors crowd that finally has good money to spend on gear for play. I will try to tell anyone listening to go somewhere else. I have never been more glad for a warranty to expire in my life. Now I don't have to deal with the lies and broken promises this company offered us. They had our brand new camper for 6 weeks the first time (3 days after we purchased it) and 5 weeks the 2nd time (3rd time we used it). 13 weeks out of our 12 month warranty they have had our brand new camper at their Branson location. That is 2 spring camping seasons gone. We work on Table Rock Lake so the camping season is Spring time for us. Horrible customer service and Horrible experience. Never will I ever buy ANYTHING from Camping World!

Prices are a little on the high side, but that's to be expected with much of this stuff. Team represented are not just the local universities and colleges, but lots of further away teams. Considering this is Southern Missouri, there were a lot of Cardinals and Oklahoma things as well as Cincinnati and New York and Chicago. Much of it was positive (Go, my team!) but there were a few negative ones (Your team sucks!) in there.
