Typically people working in the outdoor specialty industry are positive, active, people looking forward to interacting with like minded people. We are just looking to upgrade from our old one. We found one we wanted to get the numbers on. The salesman was really nice and helpful. We thought we were off to a good start. The sales manager is where the problem starts. He gave us a set of numbers. I didn't like them. Then came a second set of numbers. Those were equally as bad for the used unit we were looking at. He was giving numbers off of a $77,000 price on a unit that is listed with a price of $61,000 or make offer on their site. I do not know if he thought we had not looked things up or not. Then they spent two hours trying to convince us that we were getting a steal at $77,000. I just felt the slimy used car salesman routine was being played out here. I would not buy there now even if they marked it down to $20,000. I hate being taken advantage of. If this is the way the whole company does business, we won't be doing business with any of their lots. We will find another camper we like at a place that doesn't try and screw me over.
