The cost to replace a battery in a $70 Fossil watch at their store was quoted at $25! Ludicrous. Decent watches but this Tourist store was holding nothing back trying to get that money! I passed got a quote from another business in Branson for $10 read more

Love Fossil stores. I have so many of their watches, I look at every store to see if they have one I don't. Not one employee came out to greet us, offer to help us or say a word when we left. I've never seen a Fossil store this poorly staffed. read more

A well stocked Fossil discount store. I had thought Fossil was all about high quality watches, but I was mistaken. They also carry accessories of other colors and varieties, including wallets and purses and scarves. I don't know if the prices here are any different than a non-outlet as I'm not usually a Fossil shopper, but there were quite a few nicely priced items to be had. If you're looking for high quality stocking stuffers, Fossil is an excellent place to stop! read more

Went here a couple days ago and the staff here is phenomenal. We purchased a watch, wallet and purse. The staff was personable and beyond helpful. I went in really early to do a return on my purse. Not bc anything was wrong with my item, was just looking for something specific that my purse didn't offer. They completely understood and did the refund without any complaint. They seem to have a really good manager and staff here; plus not to mention fossil products are made extremely well and last forever. I highly recommend if anyone goes to this outlet to stop read more

I like the selection at this Fossil store, although I have noticed fewer deep outlet-style discounts than in years past. I buy some Fossil accessories from traditional department stores at similar or lower prices than this outlet store due to sales and coupons. But it's good to visit this store for items the department stores may not carry. It is very well stocked. I had to deduct 2 stars for the terrible service we experienced on our last visit, though. Two male employees were really snooty and obnoxious (to the point that my husband and I noticed this separately and compared notes after leaving), while the young female who rang up my husband's purchase overcharged him by several dollars. Because of her mistake, we had to return for a refund and the male (perhaps a supervisor) who corrected the issue told us the girl was "an idiot". We were not impressed. read more

I purchased a clutch purse in April while in Branson. I live in Arkansas a neighboring state. I could tell within the first couple of weeks that it was not going to wear well. (The small optional strap was looking very worn on the edge). I called the store to see how to get a refund and was told to simply return it by mail. I did so on May 6th. I have called twice now to see if it had been received. I was told the first time that they don't check the mail often but that they would check for it the next day. I waited a few days and called back only to be told that there is a lot of construction going on and they cannot get to their mail box. I'm very disappointed because I do like the Fossil brand and I've always been pleased with my service the several times I've purchased for myself and when I've purchased gifts at this store. I'm not sure I'd purchase again since I do live out of town and my only option is to return by mail. read more

Love this store. It's one of my first shopping stops every time I am in town. Great staff, have always been super friendly and helpful. I have somewhere around 25 fossil watches and almost all came from this store. Prices are good, selection is great. read more
