Oh my goodness!!! Loved this place and the kids did too. Customize your personal car, build, provide details and extras of all sorts to the car of your choice. Upgrade to lift, leave low to ground and fun to do. Our sales person was awesome and the kids had a blast. Never been to one and was amazed at the store and who wouldn't want to have customized and best yet affordable car/truck! They loved the experience and store....be careful prices add up quick but worth it!! Oh and it's not only the kids who enjoy but adults too!!!!

Love, love, love this place! So thankful that someone told us about this place while we were on a family vacation in Branson, MO. Our son was in heaven. It's like build-a-bear but with RC cars. When you go though be prepared to spend some money. Base models were about $29. To make it into a monster truck was an additional $5. Tires are free for stock or you can upgrade. If you want to make it RC then it's additional $25. You can make it RC at a later time though too. Then there are additional accessories that you can buy to add to the car. The car even lights up and makes sounds. Super cool experience getting to build it on their own. He even got a "driver's license" and key. There are only three locations and I wish they would bring one to our home state. This would be a great birthday party idea!

Throughly enjoyed it and so did everyone in my group. I totally recommend visiting when in the Branson area and even making the drive if visiting the Springfield area. Also, I recommend being the "fiver" pass. That's good for the aquarium, the wax museum, the hall of mirrors, the castle of chaos, and the mini golf course.

When you walk in, they scan your tickets and then have you take a picture with the giant octopus. Next, they give you some 3-D glasses and have you watch a 4-D introductory video. It was cute and fun to feel the vibrations and wind. The actual aquarium is actually smaller than other aquariums and can take you less than 30 minutes to walk through. While we were at the gift shop, another member of the group and I decided to check out our group photo. We followed all the directions from the signs and waited for an employee to come over to the counter. However, what we didn't expect was the employee (longer blonde hair, maybe 16-17 years old) to walk another group over and then proceed to tell us that she wasn't going to help us because we didn't follow directions. When I asked what directions we didn't follow, she pointed to the sign and said that we went into the wrong entrance. When I told her that we did go through that entrance and had been waiting to be helped, she proceeded to continue to be rude to us and directed her attention to the other group. We ended up leaving without seeing what our group photo looked like. Overall, this aquarium is just okay and probably won't be returning next time I am in Missouri.

However, even with expansion work going on and things unavailable that we were excited for during our visit it was still a five star visit. The Butterfly Palace is an absolute must if you are visiting the area. We paid high price for so many attractions and this one was by far a favorite. The flight of the monarch's 3D movie was such a quick and educational film and the small reptile area had wonderful staff. Thank you to Evan that was the most patient and kind employee that we encountered while there. She answered all of my toddler's questions without feeling dismissed or in a hurry to move on. The butterfly room was beautiful. Educational for both adults and children with identification cards, binoculars, and magnifying glasses. I could have stayed there much longer than we did waiting for butterflies to land and admiring their beauty. It was truly a fantastic experience for all ages. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My only thing I would say is how crowded it gets. I felt like at one point it was shoulder to shoulder. I'm not sure they have limits on the amount of people in the room at one time or a way that they move people through. Either way 5/5 or 10/10!

The staff gave everyone a handheld nectar container with a fake flower on top and we walked around and enjoyed having them land on them! A tad higher considering the construction going on but it was fun.

Next you watch a video. Then they weigh you and check the height of the children. Weight limit is 300 pounds. They are big on safety-one at a time they seat you in the "coaster"- you are buckled in with 2 safety straps-additional child straps. There are handles to hold to control speed. I am not big on speed and went slow. The coaster climbs through the woods and fake animals are scattered throughout. At the top there is a shed and guide who gives a thumbs up and down the hill you go-tilting slightly at times and circling around. They assist you and unstrap you at the end. A photo is taken 3/4 of the way down-smile and try not to look scared! Summary All the locals recommended this ride as the most scenic and it was! If we knew how long it was gonna take to get on the coaster we wouldn't have gone that late. I think the people that give you your tickets should say how long of a wait it would be before you actually wait in line. The track was very pretty all lit up, but what I didn't like was it was very fast and around every turn I thought the coaster was gonna fly right off the track. I kept pulling back for the brakes to slow it down a bit but the brakes didn't work at all. My daughter said the same thing. I love coasters, but I just didn't feel safe on this one. Maybe that's just the way mountain coasters are I'm used to amusement park coasters.

It was a fairly slow day in terms of people (Friday before Memorial Day) so wait times were low which was nice. Because of my experience in Pigeon Forge, I brought my wife to the Branson Location so she could have a good experience with me. I am totally disappointed in the Branson location because so many of the exhibits and interactive activities were not working. Upon leaving I informed the manager That I was not happy and why. He acted totally indifferent with only a half-hearted apology and multiple excuses. No offers for refund, free admission next time, etc. I don't think that my patronage had any value at this location and as a result I will not be endorsing visiting bus tours to patronize this location either. Absolute Failure at Branson Wonder WORKS. Too bad there isn't a half star choice for reviews.

There are shows happening all day long, from live music and bluegrass to comedy and saloon-style performances. Depending on the season, there are also special productions throughout the park. It's nice to be able to sit down, take a break, and still feel like you're part of the experience. And since the shows are included with admission, it adds a lot of value to your visit. It's also a great spot if you have younger kids. There is plenty for them to do beyond just rides, including play areas, interactive attractions, and even a train ride. It's not one of those parks where little kids are limited. They can stay busy all day. The whole park has a really cool 1880s theme and is honestly one of the most beautiful theme parks I've been to. Between the shops, craftsmen, and scenery, it feels more like an experience than just rides. That said, be ready for a lot of walking. This park is very hilly and you will feel it by the end of the day. Lines can also get long during busy times. Overall, it's a really unique place with a ton to do for all ages. Between the shows, rides, and kid-friendly activities, you can easily spend a full day here and still not see everything.

Our overall review based on being there 21 Dec, which changed the atmosphere a bit…read more Pros: - Amazing festive lights and decor. - Good food and it wasn't too pricey. There is a mobile ordering option for some places through the app that helped us a lot with the long lines. - Very friendly and helpful employees. - Easy to get to and navigate the park. - Smaller attractions like Grandpa's mansion were fun! - the APP is sooo helpful! - kiddo loved the knife shop and personal rings booth. The proprietors were so nice! - PowderKeg and TimeTraveler rides were awesome. Wish would could have done more than one! Cons: - We went during a weekend when people believed (as advertised) it was the last Rudolph train parade which made it especially chaotic. That was later changed in a way but it made this weekend before Christmas majorly bad. Kiddo was mad about the odd advertising after we heard a shop owner talking about a last minute meeting. - Better locker placement. We based this on Dollywood where there was a locker before each ride but SDC has them in certain "villages" which takes time to navigate. Bc of this we barely used the locker we bought - instead there are cubbies at each ride that work out better. - The kid rides area (Fireman's village or other) is smack in the middle of the route between spaces which made travel from ride to ride difficult. - During Xmas it is hectic, especially the weekend before. The whole operation is overwrought with people and it gets difficult to move, buy food, go on rides (we waited 2 hours for time traveler and saw on the app other rides were just as long). We also waiting 45 minutes for a funnel. - our personal note - we found a decent spot for the parade and got kicked out right before it started, by security. No signage - just you can't be in this open space (it was the mulch around the stage near the big Xmas tree) We left, parade be damned - which was when a lot of people were actually leaving. - outlaw ride was closed one of the biggest nights. - overpriced junk - my kiddo recognized a 'carved bear' from another theme park and when we looked at it close it was made in the Philippines. There are some good options for craftsman here but double check before paying for high priced inports. Key notes: - we knew we would be at the park into the night so we paid the $65 to get awesome parking up front. That turned out to be a great decision because as the masses were leaving we got out in 10 mins. I know that may seem silly but it as a priority for me and I know not everyone. For $20 you can get closer parking. They do have trolleys for free parking and they were running regularly. Make the decision that is best for you! - if they have the time traveler pass available - get it if you can. We spent so much time in line to watch the add on payers jump up and get more out of their time. At this park, there are only so many awesome rides. The limitations on the pass are far exceeded by the wasted time. This is only important if you are here for the rides and not just exploring. Notes: - the ground had paint stamps to help you navigate but they were worn out and made it hard. - there are shops to warm up in but as Colorado people who have seen a thing or two maybe warming stations with heaters or warming barrels like they do at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo would be good. Most people love a good wood fire smell. Overall - plan accordingly. We personally would not recommend the weekend before Xmas (we figured people would be traveling and that was a bad assumption). Know what your interest are - if you want to do shopping then that would be fine. If you want rides, maybe look at different dates you want to go.
