Their taffy, fudge and candies were a little less expensive than some of the other places we've been to on the strip. Ozarkland is the ultimate adult candy store with literal candy, souvenirs, a few antiques and touristy takeaway items. I went here with my bf and racked up on stuff and more stuff. It's like a Midwestern country bumpkin Target for incumbents of the R.V. + trucking world. I grabbed a post card, some pop and taffy. But my person grabbed clothing items and he even got me a sweater that is very handy for the cold days away from Tampa. The selection of items in the store consisted of honey to furniture pieces. My husband and I visited Branson for Spring Break and wanted to bring some souvenirs home for our family. After going to a few other shops first, we were still missing a couple of souvenirs so we stopped here. As others have mentioned, yes the parking lot is rough. Not much parking and it is tight/slanted. The prices are also high and almost laughable for some items. There is a ton of inventory in this store, so you have lots of options. We did not buy any of the food items, but they are apparently known for their fudge. The customer service was the downfall for me. I thought the lady working there was extremely rude. She didn't greet us, let alone even say a word to us, except to tell us the total of our purchase. Didn't even thank us for stopping in, for our purchase, to tell us to have a good day. Nothing. My husband and I have been in many tourist shops and this one was possibly the worst just based on that. read more

Well just done some t-shirt and souvenir shopping. This place is huge with lots of items to choose from. From hat's, shirts, snacks and jewelry. The staff was friendly and The prices were very reasonable. They have lots of unique items and the location is the best right in the middle of the strip near e erything. The tshirt prices are pretty good and the quality is really good also. The store is huge and we found everything we were looking for. This is a fun little shop for souvenirs and what not. Upstairs is old fashioned candy, fudge, truffles, etc. But be careful they are very proud of the fudge and truffles. It's priced as though theydont want you to take any off it. The truffles are about $3.50 each. I passed up this shop on my first 2 trips to Branson because the sign out front reads "T-Shirt Factory" and I didn't need a t-shirt. But when I finally stoped in I found it was so much more. One of a TRILLIAN gift shops in Branson- but this one is one of the must go to's, like the Dick's 5 and 10 place. A lot of cool stuff here, and 2nd floor has yummy stuff like Huckleberry Bark, Fudge etc. So many cool and good things here! WOuld highly recommend! read more

When it comes to souvenirs in Branson, Mo, I would say this is the best place to go! It pretty much has everything your looking for in regards to gifts. Finally a nice store and "A NICE RESTROOM" too?!?! This was a unique place in the town of Branson. After spending 4 days in Branson, visiting many different establishments, we had come to the conclusion that none of the shops had a restroom, at least not one that they would let you use. Some places even got a little "snooty" if you even asked. They would look at you as if you just asked for their credit card and password. Well folks, you won't have that problem here at Ozarkland. These guys have a nice, clean restroom and they offer it with a courteous smile. The prices aren't bad and they really have a lot of neat baby clothes and even adult clothes. You are sure to find something in this store that you just have to have. The ladies who work in the store won't be rude and they are actually quite nice. You can't go wrong at this store. Very unhappy with the staff at this store. The store has great gifts but the two ladies working downstairs at the jewelry counter are unprofessional. Someone came in to fill out an application and after they left in front of customers they were rude about why they would not hire him. It's unprofessional to talk so disrespectfully about someone in front of the customers. My friend pointed out heir rudeness and they berated and argued with her. Will never recommend this place. read more

For a town built on tourism, you would think the stores would have great customer service. For some stores in town this is true, however, that is not the case for Ozarkland. The ladies working in this store were beyond rude. I hope the manager/owner of the store reads this review. We did not get the one ladies name, but she was working the counter closest to the door on the main level, and was the worst of the three. We will never be back and will not recommend anyone to visit this store. I notice reading through the reviews that I am not the first customer to be treated in such a manner. read more

We stopped in to pick up some fudge and chocolates to bring home to family and a few treats for ourselves. I was really disappointed when we got home and I tried some of the chocolates and they were made with extremely cheap chocolate (it didn't even taste like chocolate), we actually ended up throwing it away. The fudge we gave to my brother so I can't say how it tasted. They do carry Simply Southern shorts which were reasonably priced. We were pretty disappointed in the end that we spent about $60 on chocolate that we threw away. read more

I was so excited to shop here first time in Branson, until the lady working was extremely rude. I had talked to my family about a shirt I needed in a different size but had not asked for help. When I approached her to ask, mind you she hadn't offered any assistance, she had been listening to us and quickly cut me off mid word "that's all I've got nope I don't have any more" not offering any help or to help me find something else. I felt unwelcome, and she continued to talk to a family shopping there about OCD of which I felt was offensive and inappropriate. Go home lady, you have no business in a shop where people will give you their money if you gave them kindness. Everyone has bad days but you cannot take that out on people. Will NOT be back, and I do NOT recommend this over priced unfriendly shop!! read more

Branson offers a lot (and I mean a lot) of gift shops but this one is one of the few that stands out. I found out that it got hit by the tornado a few years back and they had to rebuild and it no longer seems as cluttered as it had in year's past. Friendly staff too. read more
