I don't live in Branson, so I had to mail the shoe back to them for an exchange. They received the shoes and called me the same day, to inform me they didn't have an exchange for the shoes I was looking for in my size. I asked if they could get one from another store. Tim (the manager I was speaking with) said he would check another store. Turns out, he found the same shoe at another store, and he coordinated with the other store to send the shoes directly to my home address. On top of that, they were on sale at the other location, so they are sending me a gift card with a few bucks on it since I paid full price the first time. That is certainly more than I expected! I didn't know what to expect since I was doing a return with no receipt and over the phone. I found out that Tim and his staff were all extremely helpful and it's really nice to see that taking care of customers is still important! 5 stars really isn't enough. During my visit there were a number of associates roaming around helping people, cleaning up (was their poor hearts) and speaking with customers, so if you wanted to double check a price or size it was fairly easy to get assistance. I don't think the prices here are as insanely good as some of the other outlets, but if you're in need of mid-range price shoes this is a great option to pop in to!
