I would like to start out saying that our salesperson Allyson was great. I highly recommend her! We purchased furniture from Brashears. The bed and sectional sofa have been fine. The Hooker brand leather sofa and chair needs to be replaced with less than three years use. It is just my wife and I at our house. We tried to file a claim. We purchased their 5 year Guardsman Elite Warranty. The fading began less than two years after delivery. We were told it was due to "medication that we were taking". We certainly did not tell them any medical information. The claim was denied. The stuffing is coming out under the foot rest. We were told it was from bending our legs and putting our feet on the foot rest. We extend our legs all the way out when reclining. We are not as limber as we once were. Wow. We have visited Brasher's stores before but never the Branson store. The store itself gets a full 5 stars but the sales person Dustin, was such a jackass I am giving them a 1. Let's just say I am a bigger person but some of the comments he made were darn right rude. He hung around us like a slimy car sales person and we felt like he thought we were there to shoplift or something! read more

I have been buying furniture from Brashears for 12 years and find their quality to be consistently good and their prices fair. My furniture has held up so well, I am now going in to buy a new living room set for my new home. My other one that I bought from them is still beautiful and will be going to my entertainment room. I appreciate the time Marge has taken to help me choose patterns, textures and firmness of the couches. She is a great sales lady who I have worked with over the years. Ken Y We live 300 miles away from Branson and have bought several pieces of furniture from Brashears in the past for our condo. This past December we worked with Dave and he was great. We bought 2 bedroom sets to upgrade our bedrooms. W hen it was time to deliver the furniture to our condo on Indian Point we got hit in Kansas with an ice storm. Dave made arrangements to have our furniture delivered and set up, without me having to drive 5 hours in terrible conditions. Micheal and his delivery team did a great job setting up everything and keeping us informed on how everything went. Can't thank everyone enough. I gave Brashears a 5 star review because I certainly believe they deserve it. I have recently purchased an all electric Seven piece sectional and can't wait for delivery! The sales people all were amazing in helping my wife and I make the right decision by giving us all the details of a few different options, helped us find the perfect color and fabric and on top of all, helped entertain my 19 month old daughter which is no easy task in itself. They have customer appreciation days with snacks and entertainment. All-in-all just such a great atmosphere. The store set up in itself was amazing and very inviting. I would highly recommend Brashears to any family or friends and am looking to be making a few more purchases through them in the near future. read more
