If we had thought Sean was knowledgeable, friendly, such a professional care giver Sat, we saw him in prime work action as he gave every bit of energy, medical know how to save Mom as her now sepis body, fighting off infection & dehydration, had a crashing blood pressure. His speed, yet attention to every detail, of work was amazing. The whole time letting me know exactly what was going on & how the care team was tackling it. I went to Mercy ER two months ago after a bad fall and injuring my shoulder. When I got there they…read moresent me to triage and then to the waiting room. Another hour passes, then I get an X-ray of my shoulder. I waited seven hours before they take me back to only put me on a stretcher in the hall. The doctor comes and tells me my shoulder isn't broken, but doesn't know why i can't move it. Sends me home with one pain pill and a sling. My doctor the next day tells me even though my arm still is very painful they will order an a MR I, but it will take month, no pain medication, just live with it. So a month later after my MRI, they tell me I have a broken shoulder, then they gave me pain killers. I wouldn't take my goldfish to Mercy. Especially to the ER. You could die waiting .

Terrible excuse for a hospital. I am on vacation with my mother who has stage four melanoma and she…read morehas become ill. We checked into the at approximately 2130hrs. Upon checking in the staff took vitals and sent my mother to the lab fairly quickly after arriving at the hospital. Approximately Two hours later, they came out and said she needed another lab. It is now 0424hrs on the following day. My mother has still not seen a doctor nor has she received an IV or any other medication. I have been up to the reception desk numerous times only to be told that they are busy despite there only being a handful of patients still left in the ER. Hopefully my mother will be seen by a Dr and receive the care she needs soon so that we can continue our vacation or before the suspected severe urinary tract infection she has kills her.

My surgeon Dr Rogers is excellent His PA Mary is excellent. The nurses on the floor were absolutely wonderful. I couldn't say anything better about them. They were caring, they were attentive they were kind, they were fun. They managed my ice on my shoulder perfectly; everything was just perfect. The pharmacy did a great job with my prescriptions. The food service did a great job with meals. My stay there was absolutely amazing!!! I recommend this facility!!! I brought my 19 year old son to Cox Medical North after he had metal shavings get into his eyes and…read morehe was having trouble seeing (pain and blurry vision). They checked to see if he had a scratched cornea and didn't see any problems, so they diagnosed him with conjunctivitis. I questioned them about their diagnosis since earlier in the day he had been cutting metal before he experienced pain and blurred vision. I also mentioned that this did not present like the conjunctivitis I had seen in the past (no discharge). They assured me of the diagnosis and sent him home with antibiotic drops. His eyes continued to get worse. I called urgent care the next day. They told me to go get an over-the-counter flush and try to fully flush his eyes out (He had used water the previous day but was unsuccessful). They were surprised the ER didn't flush out his eyes. We bought the flush at Walmart and flushed out his eyes. Low and behold, the pain immediately stopped! It did take a few days for the blurriness to go away, but it did go away. Here is my problem: * The ER did not flush his eyes * They misdiagnosed him even with all the info about his job * They billed $2000 for doing nothing If possible, stay away from this hospital.

Half the girls would hide pills to snort later, and when it was reported, nothing was done to prevent it. Girls would punch walls, steal art supplies to snap in half and S/H in their rooms, and the staff didn't give two shits. They put us in a hard reset (which is when you have to stay in your room for 24 hours straight) for over 3 days, and pushed the kids to riot. A little girl who should have been in a different unit, got jumped for standing up for another girl. They didn't do shit about it. The food was sickening, and I starved for the whole week I was there because if I ate it, I would just throw it up. The guest area looked like they were trying to hide what all the other places were like. It was dirty, never got cleaned, and almost none of the showers, toilets, or sinks worked. Dogshit mental hospital, wouldn't wish this shit upon satan himself.

He kept yelling at me and talking about His Girls being upset that I had asked the Greenfield office for help because the Sparta place was abusive? I do think the owners can fix this, they have a lot of bad apples in that one place I cannot comment on the others but the others had nice folks on the phone.

I had gone to multiple doctors and never really got clear answers. Coming here was honestly a different experience from the start. Keri and her team actually listened and didn't just brush things off. They did more in-depth lab work and explained things in a way that made sense. I ended up starting a personalized plan that included hormone therapy, and over the next few months I noticed a big difference. My energy is better, and I just feel more like myself again.
