I also want yo add that I'm a disabled senior. I mentioned to Troy when I gave him the down payment and signed to contract, that I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer. What he didn't expect, was me surviving pancreatic cancer. There's a law called "senior abuse" I could've taken. But I was too busy trying to survive cancer. This is his character. He did Not show up to court to plead his case. He had a chance to tell his story to the judge. He lost the case because. 1. He was a no show. 2. I had overwhelming facts and pictures. I hired Troy Linch aka Custom siding and windows to replace 5 widows and 1 slider door. We went…read moreover what I wanted and he gave me an estimate for $5600 to replace these in wicker color. I gave Troy a $3,000 down on April 31st. It took till mid October of 2021. Troy showed up with the wrong amount of widows, wrong sizes, in fact, 1 window had another person's name on it. For sure it wasn't for my replacement. He had a Lowes cheap bright white slider and installed it so poorly that it leaked cold air, water (moisture) used spray foam to attempt to seal it and got styrofoam spray all over my floors, walls, deck and slider frame. After 2 attempts to install slider he installed it with a bow on the top header so door tubs when you open it. I fired him and he took the $3000 down and never returned my money. I won a case in small claims court on this. I wish I was able to post pictures on this review. Stay away from this guy. Hire him at your own risk

This company is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!!!…read moreWe spent 40K on every window in the house!! Plus 3 doors and one exotic front door!! This has been going on for 8 months now and they still have caulking left to be done! Some of the windows were crooked to the eye, I was told it was because of the brick surrounding the window? Three months later after enough complaining magically they took the same window out and trimmed it to fit square!!!! The front door is something to behold, $12K for swapping to a beautiful 8' door with cut glass:) The first door delivered was the wrong size? They had to sand and file on it to make it close!!! I said I want a whole new door that had correct measurements!! That took 2 months!!! The installer used high gloss black silicone to fill the 8 holes drilled to hold door in place. The door is flat black? Installer used his finger to smear the excess silicone???? Talk about zero craftsmanship!!!! After many complaints months later they brought out touch up paint. It's better but for $12,000 I expected it to be perfect!! The job is still not complete as the trim molding inside the new front door needs caulking, they have been here 3X knowing the molding needed caulking left each time caulking still not done!!! Really nice people but their work is sub par at best! I could mention 5-6 other things that I paid for but didn't get done until I was threatening to hold $$$ back because this was such a nightmare!! Job still unfinished, they are paid in full! Use at your own risk!!! I wouldn't give them one star, I had to give them one star to complete this!
