A friend of mine and myself rented bikes from this place and wish that I hadn't. We paid extra for premium e-bikes and they were trash, the first day the front chainring came off my friends bike and that caused the chain to break, we had to wait for the shop to come out and fix it. Both bikes had bald tires that made riding very sketchy and dangerous. On the second day I got a flat and I am glad we had a spare tube with us because all the sealant was dried up. Also the motors kept overheating and we had to constantly stop. And don't even ask about the noise the bikes made, lube and check the bearings, it was absolutely a horrible riding experience. When we returned the bikes I was supposedly given a $160 refund that never showed back up on my card. When I told them about the tires they didn't care and just put the bikes back for the next sucker to rent, people are going to get hurt from these heaps. Do yourself a favor and find another company to rent from!

Decent size lobby area with a bench and cold waters to refuel. Plenty of staff for the time that we went. This our first experience on e-bikes(my dad and I). I get it now. Seth provided excellent customer service and set up our bikes perfect for us then gave us the full rundown on how it works and trails around. Very informative and knowledgeable. As soon as we headed out the door, quickly worked my way through the different modes then Father and I settled on turbo and road what felt like every trail in a matter of a few hours. I had to tap out before the bike was even 40%. My dad and I got up to of 27 mph and we went over 20 miles in 2.5 hrs. It was I think like $300-$350 for the both of us to get e bikes for the whole day (return by 6pm) and we tapped out before 6 hours. I don't think I could imagine having any more fun. Nothing was even funny but I couldn't stop laughing. It was such a blast. The E bike made me feel extra confident and try a bunch of features I normally wouldn't and I believe the speed helped! If you're new to the area or visiting, this is absolutely a no brainer. The price and value is completely fair, if not a steal. An incredibly small price to pay for a core memory and the most fun of your life. Highly recommend.
