    Oysters and clams
    Denise V.

My husband is originally from LaPaz and surfed in Todos Santos all throughout the 1980s so we returned here with friends for his 60th birthday and I'm so glad we choice Oystera for his 60th birthday dinner because it did not disappoint. Everyone here was so friendly and attentive. Our drinks were stellar and so were the oysters we ordered. The tasted like they came out of the ocean an hour before (so fresh). We've had oysters other places and they were not even near as fresh and as high quality as these. If you're looking for a beautiful place to enjoy superb food and service than look no further than Oystera.

This place is incredibly gorgeous. Food was just as delicious as it looked on the plate. They accommodated our lunch group of 11 very well. Most ordered many apps and some ordered an entree. Highly recommend, great quality food and service!

The ambiance of this place was impeccable! High ceilings, tall glass windows, lush green plants everywhere, and a neon pink Oystera sign right at the entrance. They also have an outdoor garden area and an additional outdoor area that serves up a different menu (mostly pizza). Service was also fantastic - multiple servers would come and check on us to ensure that we've ordered, gotten our food, and even got us this fancy fan contraption to ward off flies (we were sitting in the garden). Last but not least, the food - we ordered chilaquiles verde, scallop tostada, and oysters Rockefeller. The chilaquiles were tasty - it was not soggy, the sauce was great, the frijoles were perfect! The oysters Rockefeller was probably my least favorite - I think the bacon sauce overpowered the oyster quite a bit. The scallop tostada was my absolute favorite. The scallops tasted fresh, were plentiful, and the sauces on top were the perfect combination! It just might be the best scallop tostada I've ever had.

Had such a wonderful experience. The ambiance, the food, the staff is amazing!! Definitely one of my top 5 fav restaurants ever. Thank you Anahi for taking such good care of us.

This is such a cool place. There are some little shops around the restaurant area and you can eat inside or out. The bar has a very stylish design and the ambiance is energetic and upscale. The back/outside area is really pretty and gives the feeling that you are transported in time or dining in historic ruins buried in the forest. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. I recommend checking this place out.

Beautiful tropical ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. Great service even though they are so busy. Small menu but delicious choices. We ordered the Soft Shell Croquetas, Fish Skin Chicharrón, and the Fish Cheeks from the Specials Menu. The food was delicious and truly surprised us. The fish skin chicharrón was spectacular and was delicious. I highly recommend it. The restaurant also has many shops inside.

Take Gustavo's oyster recommendations! The man knows his oysters, their freshness and the sauces are out of this world. Great restaurant. Service was absolutely outstanding! Thankyou Gustavo . The grilled prawns are hands down, the best I have ever had!

What an unexpected breath of fresh air in Todos Santos! We've been coming here annually for over a decade and this year, we were so pleasantly surprised to find this beautiful new addition to the town. The food, service, and atmosphere are all fabulous. After our first lunch there, we immediately made a reservation to go back the next week. Highly recommend.

Excellent selection of oysters, attractively presented with several toppings. I had fish cheeks; a substantial portion with a tasty sauce. Crab croquettes were great, too. Very attentive service. And great ambience, both indoors (a former sugar mill) and outside (terrace overlooking a lovely garden bar area). A memorable lunch.

Wonderful staff and service, fresh seafood, lovely space, and delicious concoctions. This place is worth the price. Everything is upscale about the experience, and the flavors... We tried new varieties of oysters along with our usual fave (Kumamoto) and they were well prepared/cleaned and tasted amazing. The drinks were lovely (see my photo of an American style Michelada). We will definitely return when we visit Todos Santos again.

The restaurant was beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional, the food was good especially the hot platter for seafood we order but there was some problems with the clam chowder where it wasn't done properly but they took the cost out of the receipt which is good.
