Everyone there is so friendly and professional. I did 60 hours of HBOT and it really helped my problem tremendously. The chambers are nice and wide and you can sit there and watch Netflix chew gum and drink water while in the chamber. Today was my first time doing oxygen therapy as my surgeon requested that I do it to heal my scars. One of the best places I've ever been too, Steven and the female co-owner don't remember her name were very sweet. The lady spoke to me over the phone before my appointment and explained the whole thing to me before Steven got there and Steven was super sweet and attentive through out the whole experience, I'm a pretty anxious person and relayed that to them and they didn't fail to make me feel comfortable. I had surgery scheduled on Sept 30, I called this location a day before (since Dr Gabbay recommended I go a day-before) surgery and they fit me in right away at their 7:30pm slot. Luckily someone had cancelled. They have 3 chambers. I didn't know what to expect but Steve and his colleague explained everything to me they assured me I could be in communication with them throughout. They gave me gum if my ears started popping and put on a movie. It was such a great experience and my surgery went so well. I went back the day after surgery and it really helped with the nausea. I came in for about5-6 sessions post surgery. Max was there everytime and made the process so much easier for me! I had to be gurneyd in and out and he abIe to do it very smoothly. I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic so watching a netflix show really helped get my mind off of being in there. This was a very scary experience but not for the reasons some may think. I have a bit of a phobia about tight spaces so I was apprehensive when I first considered the idea and terrified upon walking in. However, all my fears where very much unfounded. The gent that was there, sorry his name escapes me at this moment, was a VERY laid back guy. He explained everything to me and after using the rest room, I was in the capsule and ready for "take off". Well that is what your ears feel like when he starts depressurization, a flight taking off. The whole experience was a little over an hour and I felt good when I climbed out. Not energetic or hyper, but overall good. During the session I could have my phone so I had music to alert me to my ears needing to pop. Next time I will be more relaxed and may sleep through the entire thing. I recommend if you are seeking overall better health. This is not a quick fix. read more

I spoke to Steven over the phone and he was quite sweet, however once I got to the place I didn't feel comfortable with the two technicians that work there. It was my first experience and I felt rushed and misinformed as well as extremely tense and claustrophobic. I lasted a grand total of 12 min(which is only 5 minutes of actual oxygen) and " freaked out " according to the technician. After two years of considering HBO for late Lyme disease, I decided to take the plunge. I'm doing the off-label protocol for Lyme which is 40 treatments over eight weeks. Steven has been informative and a pro. Amy and Max have been helpful and professional. I'm half-way through and definitely having herx reactions so I can tell that it is working. Not sure if it will be a complete cure. Time will tell. But I hope that it will decrease the Lyme load which is what those, like me, who have been dealing with this for a couple decades can only hope for. I recommend reading a lot about HBO online before doing this. There is a plethora of info out there. I take Pseudoephedrine before the treatment to protect my ears and lots of antioxidants. I am so grateful for the quality of service that I got at the LA Hyperbaric center. I had emergency surgery a week before I was supposed to go on a fishing trip with my son and I didn't want to disappoint him. I went for a different treatment that was only 1.3 times pressure and didn't feel like it did much. I went to LA Hyperbaric and felt SO much better the next day. Maybe it was because they go a full 2.2 times normal pressure. My wife even told me that I seemed stronger. After a second treatment I felt strong enough to go on a fishing/hiking trip to the high sierras, over 10,000 feet in elevation! I also want to mention the manager Steven. The first night I called them late and he had already left the office because they had no more appointments. He went back to the office, squeezed me in and let me stay the full time in the chamber. I think he kept the office open a little late just to make sure I got a full treatment. He was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I was blessed and impressed. I highly recommend them. BTW, the chambers are fairly roomy. I've had MRIs and they are much worse. I felt OK inside the chamber. read more

The Oxygen treatment was refreshingly pleasant. There was a ton of space in the tank - i could have sit up, indian style, with many books around me and done homework if I was still in school! Very impressed with the service we receive here, the chambers are clean and tidy, bathroom is also clean & well maintained, I bring mom here for therapy to help with Stroke she suffered earlier this year, she has right side parálisis on her leg & arm do to the Stroke, so she needs extra help getting in and out of the chamber, the staff here are extra helpful in assisting her with that & are very mindful of her comfort while inside of the chamber We are coming from LANCASTER and they are quick to accommodate appointments we ask for, we have many sessions to complete and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else! read more
