They removed the feathers off the hood to wash it but did not place them back on once finished. I called and called. Eventually someone picks up, states they are "the driver" and they can not help me. I explain that I am leaving for skiing at 6 am tomorrow and that I need my jacket. They apologized. I asked if they can contact the owner, something must be able to be done.. its only 430p. They ask that I call back in 5 minutes. I did... of course no answer. I called about 12x, left a message. I drove there, no one is there. It's not even 5p as yet!! TERRIBLE. I paid 30 dollars to clean a coat that I can't even bring with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOT RELIABLE. After reading reviews for a number of cleaners, I noticed that invariably they all had multiple…read moreunhappy customers. I was particularly anxious as I had a sofa cushion with a stain. If they did a very bad job I might have to recover or replace an entire sofa - frightening thought. Lucky, I found Silver Isles to be both customer friendly and also competent. I brought the cushion cover in Monday and it was returned Thursday. I did take a picture of the stain just in case. I gave them 4 stars for 2 reasons. First, it was returned folded in half. Thankfully, the counter woman pressed out the fold line and used safety pins to hang it properly. Secondly, the charge of $18 seems high, but I never use dry cleaners so perhaps that's a bargain. I am quite satisfied, but also I was very clear regarding the location of the stain (which was marked by the counter person) and that it was an oil-based stain, which she noted on the ticket. Because of their professionalism I do recommend them and would use them again myself.

At first the parking lot is in a shopping center but it wasn't packed, mind you I went on Sunday. Walking in the space was clean and there was also a book nook and tv. It also has chairs and tables for folding and for sitting. I loved that there was ample space and chairs for people to wait, I'm usually standing or waiting in the car. The facility is also equipped for drop off. As far as paying for the use of the machines you can use the app for the facility or coins. The app didn't take too long to download load and was easy to sign up and pay, it also alerts you via text when your laundry is finished. There is an ATM and a bill to bill changer as well as a bill to coin changer. There are also vending machines in case you get hungry. It was air conditioned as well as an ancillary fan that kept the place cool. The prices are very reasonable. I am happy I found this place and it is definitely going on my favorites.
