Benji set us up with a great water system, we chose the best, and we love it. Worth every penny. Very helpful, and awesome people in the office. I think family business is great and it's nice to know this one is brother/sister. The guys who set up our system came when it was the worst day I've had in a long time, my dog had just died. They were some great guys, and understood my predicament, and took care of the system, were kind and considerate, empathetic. Their work was done correctly which prevented them having to return. The clarity of Benji's directions, and the quality of equipment, as well as the quality and compassion of the guys who installed it was TOP NOTCH. Since we are new to the area, Benji has also been very helpful in connecting us with good people and other businesses we've needed connections with. Class act! read more

The install started off great. The young man that was doing the work was very respectful and polite. There had been a previous leak. The pipe was not leaking when the install began. The tech brought me back to see the area and stated "I don't know what happened". The pipe is now dripping profusely. The sales man came out and accused me of drying the area because when he came out to make sale it was damp. The temps were in the upper 80's and low 90's at that time. Apparently he's never heard of condensation. Had to yell @ the salesman, Benji Koontz, from Oxley Water Systems to leave my property. It took me saying it 5 times and threatening to call the police for him to leave. The sales rep got nasty and said if they left they had to take the equipment with them. I informed him that I had paid for it already and he better not touch it. Horrible Experience. So, buyer beware of Oxley Water systems. Did not even get instructions on how to operated system or any paperwork about the system. read more
