The second day he came back to do the grout (took less than an hour). When Jose came to our home for a free estimate, I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail in asking what we wanted and in taking the wall measurements. He has a very likeable, calm demeanor. He also recommended a different tile company to us other than Home Depot. We were convinced and hired him! He wrote a proposal for the job details and final price. Jose arrived on time and got right to work. He has a crew, but he completed this work by himself. The floors and counters were protected with cloth. He also covered the patio area with a large cloth so the patio surface was protected. He installed the tile and also requested specific grout and schluter to perfectly match the tile. He perfectly cut and fitted the tile in the pattern that we requested. Jose worked so fast that he was able to complete this small job (48 square feet) that day. He was also able to apply the grout. He thoroughly cleaned the work area. I was overly impressed because initially this was going to be a two-day job. He cares about the quality of product produced. I seriously and highly recommend FRG Tile Company.
