He cut out the old faucet, and "sweated" the copper pipes (new plumbing term I learned) to install the new faucet very quickly, and he cleaned up after himself (though there wasn't much of a mess to begin with). While he was in my basement working on the plumbing, I mentioned that I had a bad light switch/socket. He was happy to take a quick look and diagnose the problem. He came to our home, provided a detailed quote, and took the time to explain the Sir Grout process. His knowledge gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Jonathan G. completed the work, and he was absolutely exceptional. He arrived on time, reviewed the work order with me, and clearly explained what he would be doing. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Jonathan repaired the caulking and grout in our shower, bathroom floor, and around our double sinks, and the results are amazing. Everything looks like new! He completed the work within the timeframe he promised, thoroughly cleaned the work area before leaving, and paid close attention to every detail.
