We clean homes from top to bottom and not much is off limits. If it is dirty, we will attempt to clean it. Most companies set themselves apart by lifting up objects to dust underneath them rather than just going around them. We pride ourselves on getting elbows deep in your toilets and bathtubs and hand scrubbing tile and grout to make sure that even the most embarrassing areas of your house are as good as new. We understand our areas of expertise and therefore I handle all of the housekeeping work while Austin takes care of cleaning all flooring. The first cleaning of your home is always a deep cleaning. Our rates start at $150 depending on the size and condition of the home

He came to our home, provided a detailed quote, and took the time to explain the Sir Grout process. His knowledge gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Jonathan G. completed the work, and he was absolutely exceptional. He arrived on time, reviewed the work order with me, and clearly explained what he would be doing. He was courteous, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Jonathan repaired the caulking and grout in our shower, bathroom floor, and around our double sinks, and the results are amazing. Everything looks like new! He completed the work within the timeframe he promised, thoroughly cleaned the work area before leaving, and paid close attention to every detail. I was genuinely overjoyed with both the quality of the work and the entire customer experience. Julian and Jonathan make an outstanding team, and their commitment to customer service and craftsmanship is evident. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend Sir Grout Chicago to anyone looking to restore their tile and grout. You won't be disappointed!

When they arrived, they said it would only take few minutes. About 10 or 15 minutes later, they were done. When I inspected the stairway, it didn't look all that much different than before they started. Some, but not much. So I mentioned this to the employee and he responded "That's because the carpet is worn out." I knew it wasn't worn out, as it is good carpet, and not that old. Then I showed him an area I had cleaned myself with a retail product and pointed out how much cleaner that spot was. He then said, "Okay, I'll go over it again." A few minutes later he was done. When I looked at the stairs, it did look a bit better, so I paid him and he left. It wasn't until later that day that I realized he had only done half of the stairs the second time. Now I'm stuck with an unsatisfactory job, and will likely be calling another company to come back ad re-clean the carpet. What bothers me most about this job is how the employee could claim the carpet was worn out as an excuse for a poor job. Seems like a bad business practice to me.
