The only pain I felt was the needles administered to numb my mouth. I never felt any pain during the extraction. It was a quick. I had no pain after and zero swelling. I literally drove myself home from the procedure and went right to work. I have horror stories from others about this procedure and experience. They called back to say they accepted it and an appointment was set up for 2 months later. When I called 2 days before my appointment to confirm they told me that they would not accept my insurance as I was out of network but they would only give me a 15% discount on the cost of the exam. The person I spoke to Joey was rude. I then received a text from them saying I has confirmed my appointment and would have to pay a $75 cancellation fee. When I called back I spoke to another staff member who said the insurance misinformation happens a lot so I would not be responsible for the cancelation fee. BE CAREFUL & MAKE SURE YOU GET FINANCIAL DETAILS IN WRITING.

He made me feel as if I was wasting his time. He talked down to me as if his word is the last word. He didn't listen. Zero compassion. At least fake it maybe? I found out he is more of a part time dentist at this office and travels. So I think it's wrong to lump this practice into this provider. The office was very clean. Professional. COVID guidelines handled perfectly. Office staff up front very nice. That ended when the Dentist entered the exam room.
