Every single time that I have contacted this office to request a review of transaction for my daughters dental procedure. I've been met with snide obnoxious and very very rude commentary and have been blocked from speaking or inquiring about any questions. If this is the face that this doctor's office is putting forward to the public, it's horrible. Only considering the amount of money I am paying for supposed professional services of a Doctor. It does not reflect at all. Further, I wouldn't trust anybody; that is putting forth this type of extremely unprofessional representation. I have repeatedly asked for receipts for cash paid. Maybe some sort of information, regarding the money that they are receiving from me, would be nice. I have received none. The supposed receptionist, has offered nothing but bad representation. Only obnoxious, foul attitude; this woman needs to be retrained. Attitudes of this nature are destroying business as well as good reputation that are essentials in good business practices. I'm assuming has "no idea" that this is going on, without a doubt, good help and professionalism is hard to come by these days. I can only laugh, when I hear the name of this office.

The only pain I felt was the needles administered to numb my mouth. I never felt any pain during the extraction. It was a quick. I had no pain after and zero swelling. I literally drove myself home from the procedure and went right to work. I have horror stories from others about this procedure and experience. Dr Mcshane saw me right away and I could not be more grateful. The whole experience at his office was awesome. I had read a lot of negative posts about dentist making patients feel like ATM machines. "Being all about money" and "ripping me off" seems to be a common thing people say. Dr Mcshane took his time and was definitely very concerned with my situation. He was not able to perform the surgery I needed cause it was out of his field of expertise. But he was able find me an oral surgeon who could. He had his office staff make a lot of after hours phone calls till they were able to find a surgeon that could see me the next morning. They did not have to do this. They could have simply given me a list of surgeons and told me to call one and set up an appointment on my own. Turns out that my problem was very serious and needed attention immediately. I had surgery the next day and I am on the road to recovery. Also because I don't have dental insurance Dr Mcshane gave me a break on the cost, which he did not have to do. They called back to say they accepted it and an appointment was set up for 2 months later. When I called 2 days before my appointment to confirm they told me that they would not accept my insurance as I was out of network but they would only give me a 15% discount on the cost of the exam. The person I spoke to Joey was rude. I then received a text from them saying I has confirmed my appointment and would have to pay a $75 cancellation fee. When I called back I spoke to another staff member who said the insurance misinformation happens a lot so I would not be responsible for the cancelation fee. BE CAREFUL & MAKE SURE YOU GET FINANCIAL DETAILS IN WRITING.

I found out he is more of a part time dentist at this office and travels. So I think it's wrong to lump this practice into this provider. The office was very clean. Professional. COVID guidelines handled perfectly. Office staff up front very nice. That ended when the Dentist entered the exam room.
