I kept coughing into the phone (lol!) and it finally connected me to an actual human being. But it was a call center! It wasn't even Schweiger! They couldn't help me.. I needed a receptionist from Schweiger, and the person said they would have them call me back. Did they? Noooooo. So I have found another dermatologist who is NOT in a group, has actual receptionists, and treats you like a human being. That's also why I left Crystal Run. By the way, I needed MOHS surgery and the surgeon's office said they can't even get through to the Schweiger doctors and also can only get the call center!!! If you want to be devalued as a patient, go here. If not, stay far, far away!
