Purchase a Groupon for 40 units of Botox turns out I could only use 20 units at a time my mistake…read more I didn't read the small print and didn't realize that I couldn't use them both at the same time either way the receptionist was a very rude person she was trying to degrade me threatened to call the cops because she was trying to charge me an extra $330 for the difference in units, which was almost triple what the actual Groupon was for by the way she called Margaret, which is very nice to me and treated me with the respect the way a customer should be treated while she threatened again you to call the cops on me and I was like go ahead and call the cops Margaret went the extra step to call the owner and see how we can come to an amical solution I spoke with Christine, who seems to be the owner and we came to an agreement on a fair number. Either way I feel that I will never return to this place again. I'm requesting a refund from Groupon for the difference and part of the reason it is not because of Margaret or Christine because they were both very pleasant, but , because of that receptionist, I don't believe that people like her should be working in Customer Service jobs. She was not friendly. She was rude and she spoke to me in a degrading way maybe because you know I'm not her type either way it left a bad taste the Groupon misunderstanding was my fault because I should've read it, but I still feel that there could've been a better way of resolving this issue

They are all extremely talented and full of personality, which makes for a very pleasant experience. Kendal is my go to; she's the stylist I had my first appointment with and I really love the way she cuts and colors my hair. I appreciate that I can give her a super vague idea of what I want and she interprets and executes it fabulously. She does an amazing job of ensuring that my low maintenance request is honored; she makes me look amazing and the results last a long time with minimal upkeep needed on my part. She's also hilarious and I love the conversations I have with her while she works; the time in the chair really flies. Kate is phenomenal as well, she works magic with her scissors. Miranda did my color once and it came out beautiful. Katlynn gave me a beautiful blow out for my baby shower, and Tina, the owner, is legit the makeup queen. She did my shower makeup and everyone kept commenting on how beautiful I looked and how much I was glowing. I also really like the overall vibe of the salon. I appreciate that Tina is all about woman empowerment and treats her employees extremely well; you can tell that they are all very happy to work at Hudson Grey. They act more like family than colleagues and it isn't artificial. Just a very comfortable place to be. I cant recommend them enough. Small side note- you can easily tip them via Venmo, which is a nice bonus if you're like me and never carry cash.

While filling out the forms Dr. McGinley walked into the office and gave me a friendly smile. I was called in at a timely fashion. Although the consultation was free, I was given the attention of a paying customer. I felt seen and heard. Dr. McGinley listened to all my concerns. I also consulted with Amanda Stassa, LPN and between both of them I was given many options and the right course of medical treatment. Start small and end big. I left there feeling positive and confident that I will achieve the results that I'm looking for. Thank you Amanda for your undivided attention and laughs. It felt more like a family atmosphere then a physicians office. I highly recommend Blu Aesthetics.
