I've been coming to OVME pretty much since it opened in melody farm. I really enjoy coming in for my monthly facial and occasional injections. Alicia is a great esthetician and knows how to guide you when it comes to your skin needs. She is also super nice! Tamara is also super knowledgeable about what will work best for you and is very conservative when it comes to injections so that you walk away with a natural look. I recommend getting the membership because you get a free hydra facial on your bday and a monthly chemical peel also. You also receive all sorts of discounts and promos! Highly recommend! read more

OVME is clean, modern and almost futuristic, from the green moss accent wall and sliding room doors, all the way down to the staff's attire. OVME is a great addition to Mellody Farms with intelligible staff and plenty of offerings for those who want less invasive facials and chemical peels to those of us who enjoy when our entire face is frozen. Even without the membership, the pricing is comparable to surrounding med spas, and perhaps even lower in cost. I feel like the membership pays for itself with a complimentary chem peel/facial and weekly B12 shots. Fair warning: I felt like they tried to upsell products a little harder than other med spas, like the products were pulled from the wall, and the nurse made a comment that she wanted the products that were FOR retail, not the display ones, which meant she fully intended on me just blindly purchasing $400 worth of products I don't currently need, which made me a bit uncomfortable, but the receptionist was friendly when I politely declined. I was so disappointed in the signature facial I felt it was necessary to share my disappointment. I went into Ovme for the signature facial and was excited for the treatment as it was described online as a refreshing and relaxing experience. I felt the service was rushed from the moment I checked in to finish. My aesthetician informed me that the signature facial is a "quick facial without a massage." I was disappointed to hear this because the service was described to have a lymphatic drainage massage as part of the service. The aesthetician washed my face and applied a mask and as the mask sat it sounded as if she was on her phone or toying around with something in her pocket. Unfortunately, it was difficult to relax, which was the reason I purchased the facial. Also, there was no steam applied or a lymphatic drainage massage. After the mask was removed she applied sunscreen and the service was finished. Moving forward, I think it would be helpful if the descriptions of the services were more accurate and matched what was delivered. I was disappointed that I paid $170+ for a service that was not as described. In fact, it felt like a lazier version of my morning skincare routine. My friends and I have been searching for a place to get facials and unfortunately I would not recommend OVME based on my experience. read more

I also told her my very high level of anxiety getting Botox for the first time. Although I'm sure she is very talented at her job she wrote me a prescription for somewhere around 40 units. That included going down my nose and around my eyes, areas I did not even want to cover that day. Due to the fact that I didn't "follow her prescription" and only went with the "smallest amount" according to her which was 27 units in my forehead and one on each side at the top of my nose between the eyes: she explained that the ovme guarantee wouldn't cover any fixes or mistakes because I wasn't going with her recommendation.......This was incredibly disappointing because her recommendation included areas I wasn't even expressing I wanted her to look at. Next, at my check in appointment she didn't have me make any faces or take any pictures. Even though I had taken some before pictures in the office. I truly would have loved to have seen a comparison. When she asked if I was happy with my results I said no because I felt like there is still quite a bit of movement as well as wrinkles in my area of concern. She explained it was because I got such a low amount. I don't think 27 units is low? My friends who have gotten "baby Botox" have gotten 12 units. But 27 seems like a pretty good amount to me. Although, I am aware it differs depending on the person. Now we are in the first week of august just over 6 weeks later and I feel like the Botox is almost already completely worn off. I'm so upset to have wasted my time and money. On top of the fact that at my follow up appointment in July I explained that I felt like it was too much movement and she brushed it off. read more

I had a great basic facial (a gift from my husband). I scheduled some Botox. Being a seasoned in this area of self-care, I know exactly how much Botox I want and were to put it. However, the person I was given felt compelled to analyze my face, while lecturing me on good skin care . Then stated I needed 59 units as opposed to my 40 units. Nice sales pitch. But I think I know best what results I wanted and how to go about getting them. And to ALL INJECTORS take caution on the lectures. If a woman is seated in your chair and not asking questions she probably pretty seasoned with this type of procedure. Because of this experience and the attempt to sell me more than I ask, I question the quality of their products. Pass. read more

Caroline is the best injector I have been to. HIGHLY recommend seeing her for any injectable service. My lips and Botox has never looked better!!! What an AMAZING staff! Everyone was so incredibly nice from the moment I made the appointment over the phone, to the experience in the spa. It was my Mom's Birthday and the ladies helped me set up a surprise for my Mom and it made her day extra special. Vanessa was so kind and patient with my Mom as she was so nervous about the IV for the Hydration Therapy. But Vanessa did excellent! This was my very first time getting Botox and I am so happy I did it at Ovme with Vanesa!! She is a true professional that knows exactly what she's doing. She explained the whole process and patiently answered all my questions. She explained each step as she was doing it and calmed all my anxiety. I felt so comfortable having her as my injector. The front desk staff is unfailingly friendly, organized, and polite. The space is clean. The staff are highly educated and knowledgeable. Vanesa and Dana, the two women who treat me, are especially wonderful. They are excellent communicators who take the time to listen to me so that they can make the best recommendations.
