Net is, don't discount what I'm writing, and you will surely reap the benefits :) Aura sits in a shopping complex with ample parking and is located in a salon suite type layout where multiple small businesses share a common hallway. The entrance requires a passcode to get in, which you get after booking an appointment. As you enter the hallway, you will discover Aura on the left, and it is a quaint little room with a calm / relaxing feel. There are all sorts of machines around that are used for various services...including Laser Hair Removal! All of the pre-paperwork was done via email and online signatures, so when I got in, we were able to quickly get into how the process works and what I can expect. Dipna is extremely professional and answered all of my questions. I got in the chair and was ready for a new me...err well a hairless back anyway lol Dipna warned me about the cold gel and let me know what to expect each step of the way before progressing. The entire process was truly painless and here I am 3 weeks later seeing results (see the pics I posted). I signed up for a package of multiple treatments, (again I said I am being honest here) because to completely tame my beast of a back, it's realistically going to take a few attempts to get it all haha! Once done, we scheduled the next treatment appointment and off I went with my dreams of a hairless back now underway! The esthetician I met with said the keratoses should be burned off instead of lasered. I was very fortunate because the PA, Drea, had a no show and was able to do my treatment. We were one minute past the 10 minute policy, we had hit a lot of traffic that morning. When we got there, they refused to see him because of the policy, even though I explained he wouldn't be back for a year and had a 6 AM flight the next morning. For one minute, one minute! They would not see him despite the circumstances. I also asked if they could just do the ice treatment like they did at the Cary office and they would not do it. This was such terrible customer service! As much as we spend for these services, and due to the extenuating circumstances, I would think you could make an exception for one minute. If I am going to get these services I want to go somewhere that shows care and concern for their customers. I will not be going back and do not recommend it at all.
