Every member of the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. It is especially beneficial if, over time, you work with the same consultant, who can add a personal touch after they get a feel for your own preferences and what you have and don't have in your wardrobe. I've also come to really appreciate their eye for perfection and not simply settling for a "pretty good" or even "very good" fit when additional adjustments can be made. I would put the level of service and tailoring right up there with (if not higher than) the highly-regarded Bergdorf Goodman Men's store in New York. Why only 4 of 5 stars? It may be an unfair comparison, but, in the end, their available selection can't compare with the much bigger stores.
