Honesty and Integrity are hard to find in businesses these days, so I'd recommend them any day. During the installation, the installer realized he had the wrong color weather tripping, apologized, and was back a few hours later to finish that part of the job. Definitely showed he cared about doing the job properly and to our satisfaction. The only thing keeping me from giving five stars is that their process of confirming an appointment was not consumer-friendly. They called the day before, within an hour of the close of business, to try to confirm...I had told them I would not be available to confirm that day because I was traveling. However, they were going to reschedule if they could not confirm an appointment the day before the appointment, within an hour or so of close of business? I get that some people are chaotic with their appointments and don't remember them, but that's really not my fault. Perhaps a fee for cancelling the day of would be more appropriate? Either way, that process keeps me from giving a 5 star recommendation, but I would still use them if I ever needed maintenance or repair for our brand new garage door.

But the last TWO contractors I hired for garage installation took all my money and vanished. I was beside myself. I called all these places trying to find someone to help me, and not only did Bill come out that very day, he actually started the job immediately and finished it within the next 24 hours!! After being strung along by other contractors for SIX MONTHS ("oh, the weather isn't good for working on garages" or "oh maybe there is a missing part and I can't do it") I was shocked by how competent and quickly Bill got this job done and for a very reasonable price. In fact he had to rip out the work done by the previous two contractors. I really wish I had found Fowler Garage Door Service from the very beginning. If I had 12 more garage doors, I would hire Bill to do all 12 of them. Fury recommended a company I had not heard about, GEORGE MALLOCH COMPANY. I asked Fury why they recommended this other company? They said because they do business with the same standards that we have, so that was good enough for me!! I called GEORGE MALLOCH CO. and spoke with Steve Malloch the owner. I told him my situation and he said they could come out the that day. Rick Malloch, George's son came out and made some adjustments so my door finally stayed down. I came home Thanksgiving evening and the door wouldn't open. I manually opened that heavy door. Rick had warned that my opener was 20 years old and it wouldn't probably last much longer. Boy was he right! I tried to get the door open with the opener and parts started falling out of the motor!! I bought a new Chamberlin 3/4 quiet opener on sale. Today, Wednesday, Rick came out and in one hour they had it installed, they hauled away the old opener and parts. The door went up so smoothly and more quietly. I love it! Their bill was very reasonable for such speedy and quality service. I am extremely pleased how they came to my rescue and did quality and timely service. I will be recommending the GEORGE MALLOCH COMPANY to all my friendsl Thank your for your excellent service!!

It may not be the mom and pop business that Dan was, but you still get the personalized customer service. My garage opener had been making some noises and finally the chain snapped. I called Anytime and they were able to get me scheduled the next day. My appointment was later in the day and life happens. The appointment before me was taking longer and they called to let me know and reschedule me. My life is flexible, so I took the first appointment for that Friday. That morning, I got a courtesy call letting me know that they were on the way and that Jacob would be my tech. When he arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand (that is something you don't see everyday). We went into the garage, he saw how old my opener was (20 years) and explained my options. He went into great detail on the differences between the different openers. I asked a few questions and he answered in layman's terms that someone like me could comprehend. I made my choice and he said it would take about an hour to install. I'm one of those peps, I looked at my watch. When he was finished, it was an hour, almost to the minute. He cleaned up after himself and you couldn't even tell that work had been done in my garage. I love my new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is quiet and runs smoothly, like a soft close drawer. Great service and great product. I highly recommend Anytime Garage Door.
