I stuck with my usual BLT, adding onions and pickles, and it was just as good as I remembered. I also ordered a side of potato salad, which tastes homemade and definitely doesn't seem store-bought. We grabbed a piece of cherry pie to go, although I don't have a picture because it disappeared very quickly in the car! If I were asked how this business could avoid closing, I'd say A) Either make it an Irish Pub or change the name of the restaurant, and B) avoid saving money but reducing the more expensive ingredients (e.g. meat) and increasing inexpensive items like bread and rice (in my wife's entree).
