    Keep walking to another spot in the airport! Service was nill, the caprese chicken was rubbery, and the drinks tasted terrible. We sat at one of the tables on the side, which has a qr code for ordering and no service until our drinks came up even though a waitress said she'd be right over. They hadn't even wiped it down. The meanwhile the tables Uber the canopy area got table service with water etc. Don't waste your time, especially since there are plenty other places to choose from.

    The service was prompt and friendly. We had cocktails in a shake and they were pretty good. The purple caesar salad was good as was the sausage pizza. The maple pig was too sweet for my spouse's taste but I enjoyed it. Its crust was past Neapolitan and was quite crisp. For airport dining, I have no complaints.

    So there I was, a hungry man adrift in the damp gray purgatory of a Monday evening, dragging my bones through Portland International Airport in search of something warm and edible. My traveling companions and I had first tried our luck at Screen Door in Terminal B, a place where fried chicken and waffle dreams go to die. That misadventure is chronicled elsewhere. I have no interest in reliving it here. With our spirits half-sunk and bellies fully empty, we stumbled into Oven and Shaker, which was shining like a cozy little lighthouse on the rocky shores of the concourse. One waitress was running the entire place. One. From two in the afternoon until nine at night and still smiling like someone who had just discovered electricity. She was sharp, funny, and entirely unbothered by the absurdity of her situation. If you've ever tried to get service in an airport past dinnertime, you'll understand how rare and precious that is. We ordered via a QR code, like astronauts in a fast-casual dystopia, and our food arrived faster than expected. I had a grilled chicken caprese sandwich. It was not a life-changing experience but it was warm and well-balanced and tasted like someone had cooked it with intention. One friend ordered a salad and a mocktail. She is not easily impressed but declared both "actually really good," which in her native tongue means she'd eat them again. The third in our party went with the Pearl Pizza. A white pizza, no red sauce, all risk. In Portland of all places, where despite their well-earned reputation as a foodie's playground, pizza is often a tragic misunderstanding. She liked it. She really liked it. That alone earns a standing ovation from our Jersey-bred taste buds. The prices were suspiciously fair, which felt like a trick until we realized the trick was simply this: someone had cared enough to run a tight ship. Even in an airport. Four stars. But if you find yourself stranded near a gate with more time than hope, go to Oven and Shaker. You'll be fed. You'll be treated like a person. And in the sad zoo of airport dining, that's close to a miracle.

    The service this morning was the worst I have ever seen. To be fair the guy was alone but he didn't even make eye contact. Several people walked up got a seat, and left unacknowledged while we sat. So rude.

    Oven Shaker has delicious food! I ordered the mushroom pizza and added pepperoni--honestly the best decision I've made all week. The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were generous, and the size was perfect for sharing with one other person. The olives appetizer is to die for, but just a heads-up--it does have a spicy kick to it! The drinks were great too. I tried the Mistletoe Mayhem and loved it. Our server, Sara S., was amazing. Even during a busy shift, she handled everything like a pro--calm, professional, and fast. She was the highlight of our dining experience and absolutely deserves recognition. Highly recommend!

    Located inside the airport past the security checkpoint. Great little spot located right after security for one of the terminals. They have a convent spot to the side of the hostess with a screen to place to go orders. We placed an order for two of their pizzas and they were ready in about 10-15 minutes later. The ingredients were fresh and a decent ratio to the size of the pizza with high quality ingredients and flavor. Even an hour or so later, once cold, the pizza was great. Seating at that time was seat yourself and the hostess/server extraordinaire was helpful to guide us to the to-go ordering.

    (3.5 stars) I usually go to the Oven and Shaker location in Lake Oswego that it was a nice surprise to see it at PDX. The Pearl is one of my all time favorite pizzas. Unfortunately, this airport version wasn't quite the same. The Pearl Pizza (3.5 stars) had the delicious lemon and garlic flavors that complemented fontina, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses. However, I missed the more generous portion of the fried sage. This one resembled small green confetti. I still enjoyed the flavors, but the crust was more chewy and not as memorable. I loved the Island Heatwave (4 stars) cocktail. It had tequila, passion fruit, jalapeño, lime juice, and a hibiscus lime salt rim. One drink was enough as I waited for my flight. The service was 4 stars, and I didn't wait too long after I ordered. My server was very nice and attentive. You can pay through the QR code on the receipt, which is convenient if you are on a time crunch. Even though I expected better pizza, I would return even if it's just for a drink.

    Absolutely love this airport dining spot. Hand made pizza that has amazing flavor. Every time I fly through PDX I get the mushroom pizza and salad. So delicious and way beyond anything else I've had in an airport including Europe. Service is fast. Order by menu, QR code and pay at the table. Overheard so many people around me act surprised at the quality. Quiet and sunny ambiance make for a great experience. Best part...it's not airport pricey. WHAT??!! Yep!

    It's a little bit of a wait if you use the kiosk like I did. About 20 minutes. Some people won't like that at all. The margarita pizza costs $17 and I was able to finish it as a tiny Asian person. Some people won't like that either. Interpret that as you will. (Either comment.) This place is about the sauce. I love fresh mozzarella and this one was ok - a little overly salty and rubbery. The crust is good but the sauce is a natural flowing force of tomato and salt. Maybe a bit watery for pizza but great for sopping up with the crust. Basil leaves don't tear up easily with teeth so you only get as many bites of basil as there are leaves. Decent pizza! Just pricey and if you're just looking to fill your belly with something neutral before a flight, Sizzle Pie is lighter on the appetite and the wallet.

    We had extra time at the Portland airport and went here for lunch. The service was prompt. My daughter and I shared a pepperoni pizza and really liked it. It had a lot of parmesan cheese sprinkled over it. The crust was nice and the taste was good. I would definitely go there again.

    The best breakfast ever. The love and attention to detail is amazing. Service was great but the Avocado Bruschetta with the freshly poached eggs is the best breakfast item I have ever had. Crunchy, creamy acidic and just yummy

    Full transparency, I am writing this review having ordered my food and now waiting in the to-go waiting area outside the bar/restaurant. I ordered the Nostrana salad with chicken. It's a salad I have had before and enjoyed but almost as soon as I ordered I knew I had made a mistake. First of all, $22 for a salad in a cardboard box is insane. Secondly, when I asked where the food would come out I was told to wait in the waiting area. As I waited the weight of the quiet desperation of airport dining came over me. People paying a premium for food from names they trust and then being disappointed. My name got called after 20 mins, the order was wrong. I didn't have the time or energy to get it changed. On the bright side, it's probably the best chicken arugula salad you can get at a US airport. We should all expect more.

    Service was prompt and friendly. Not a huge wine selection but enough. The advert for "wood fired" pizza drew me in. 1 large glass of wine, and pizza $41.00. Airport prices, but I pay extra for padded, comfortable bar seats. Just overall really nice place to hang till my flight. I'll come back if timing is right. Plus, my server Stacie was the bomb. My kinda people.

I wish they sold bottles of it so I can have it at home. They also have seasonal specials, like their pickle pizza with hot honey, or the french onion soup pizza (so good). I would recommend doing takeout as there is limited seating.

Staff are just like NYC: no suck-up, extra sarcasm, and if you stand at the register for 5+ minutes fumbling with your wallet, they might make a snide comment. But it's endearing grouchy, not really mean, and it adds to the "flavor" of the whole place. Parking in NW 23 is usually very hard. The slices we received tasted like they were three days old and reheated three different times. The crust was so hard and crisp it disintegrated when you bit into it and they threw a few new shreds of mozzarella on top to make it look fresher (look at pictures). There are so many other great pizza joints in Portland, I don't think I'll be coming back here again.
