Be weary of this place if you own an import. I took my 2020 Subaru Forester here a few months ago. A few weeks after my oil change, I had oil leaking from the oil filter. Because Subaru engines have a top-mounted oil filter, it dripped down the engine, causing it to smoke. After I noticed this, I went back and let them know what happened. They were confused about why it was happening but swapped out the filter for no additional charge. A few weeks after that, it started happening again! After I looked up the filter number that they used, I found that they used the wrong one! Also, they used an impact wrench on my drain plug, which I pray didn't destroy the plug or the drain pan. The only upside to my experience was that the staff is friendly and tried to make right on the mistake. I still will not go back (unless they destroyed my oil pan, of course!). read more

I have been going to Outshiners now for about 4 years. In that time, I have never been upsold any products, I've never been given false info about the state of my car, and the staff is always helpful and courteous. Oil levels are shown right off the bat, so you know if your car is low or not. You are also able to stop in at any time between oil changes, and have your fluids checked and topped off, free of charge. The cost of getting an oil change done at Outshiners is no more expensive than going to the local Walmart, which was a horrible experience the few times we went there. If I could put half a star I would... they tried to sell you a whole bunch of stuff that you don't really need and they're very overpriced. The one time that I went there they told me that I was completely out of oil, and I already knew they were trying to attempt to drain my oil and obviously the pan would be going empty. I think that they just tried to scam you out of getting your money and they have very poor service. I would highly recommend not to go there and make sure you tell all your friends that this place is a bad idea. The Cooper Tire store a couple blocks down will change your oil... Outshiner has been doing great work for decades! I remember using them back in the 90s.

My experience was awful! I have only had my oil changed once here and that was the last time I'll ever step foot on this property again! One, the carwash is useless. I would normally have a wax done on mine but I decided to give it a go and when my car came out it was still covered in dirt and bug shit! Pretty disappointing that's not even close to how irritated I was after having my oil changed by them. While I was having my oil changed and all the fixings, I believe his name is Scott, one of the managers, was the one flirting with me most of the time I was there! and being way to personal. I knew something wasn't right about him! He made me feel very uncomfortable! He was persistently telling me how I should come by more And I remember he winked at me a few times! NASTY!! The people they have working here baffles me! THEY ARE BOTH RAPISTS RUNNING A BUSINESS! I wish I had known this prior I will never step Foot on this property again!!!! I don't live in the area but i Hope I can prevent this from happening to anyone else!!! read more
