I love wings and sports with a great vibe. I think I found my new home. Output in Wrigleyville is everything you want from a sports bar. The food comes out faster than a CTA bus not stopping for you, and it absolutely slaps. The wings are crispy enough to make a grown Chicagoan emotional, if you love great food and haven't stopped by, then you are missing out. Every TV has a game on, every beer is ice cold, and the vibes are aggressively Chicago -- loud, friendly, slightly unhinged, but in a "we're all in this together" way. You'll hear someone yelling at the refs, someone else arguing about the Cubs bullpen, and somehow it all feels like home. Output is the kind of place where you say "just one drink" and then suddenly it's three hours later, you've made five new friends, and you're ordering another round of wings because "it'd be rude not to." If you're near Wrigley and choose to eat somewhere else, that's on you. Output understood the assignment. The wings are fantastic and I would totally get the wings again. They're well cooked, the sauce options are diverse and delicious. For me, it's all about the sauces and the options are great and I can't wait to try more. I typically don't eat wings and if I do they are usually boneless. I wanted to give these traditional wings a try cause I heard it was one of the best. It certainly did not disappoint! Service completely sucks. Waited 20 minutes before anyone even talked to us about getting water to our table. The waitresses attended the tables to our left and our right and still did not approach us to attempt to offer water or an apology. So after about half an hour of waiting already seated I finally get some water n then she disappears again for another 20 minutes. When you advertise that your establishment opens at a certain time, don't open an hour later. Further to this, when it did open, the kitchen wasn't ready for another 30 minutes. Just about a block and a half away from the stadium, you'll find a two room bar and restaurant with delicious wings, and fantastic vibes. Trumpy often works behind the bar, and is a super nice dude with some dope T-shirts. He always takes care of his regulars and is a great hang! This is not OUTPUT WINGS on Grand. This was our first time at this location. Extremely disappointing. This place was DEAD. On a Friday night. We where there from 6:45ish to 10 pm, when they closed. DEAD bro. We felt bad so we stayed. The drink menu was limited to ONLY beer. No cocktails. Food was Ok. But all we had was wings. The order didn't even come with fries. Smh.. But I've never seen such a dead space. Mind you, yes you still have covid and what not but other places are jammed packed NOT this place. It was our first and last time. Idk what this place did or what but maybe ONE or other groups was there for a little bit and then they left. Leaving my alone. Lol I feel bad but I definitely do not recommend this place. It's not even about the food, drinks whatever, just the fact that's youre out in Wrigleyville and this place is DEAD says something about this location.
