The wings are fantastic and I would totally get the wings again. They're well cooked, the sauce options are diverse and delicious. For me, it's all about the sauces and the options are great and I can't wait to try more. All this said, I get it's a bar in Wrigley, but the front room is super small and the back room is definitely not nice; somewhere between dirty and just not-cared-for (chairs and tables wobbled, dirty floor, etc.) They do delivery, I'll probably just get wings delivered from Output going forward. read more

Output Wrigleyville - love how heavy the sauce pours are - Chicken Wings Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

Loaded tots were pretty good but fell apart a bit. Wings are HUGE and we definitely over ordered. The honey bbq was really good. The sweet and sour was also pretty good. The chipotle ranch was probably the tastiest but a little too spicy for me. The mild was average. The wings themselves were cooked really well though. read more

Output Wrigleyville - Loaded Tots, 30 Traditional Wings (Mild, Sweet & Spicy, Jim Beam Honey BBQ, Hot Chipotle Ranch) - Chicken Wings Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

The wings here were pretty good. Tender, juicy, and hot (temp). The sweet and spicy was a miss on my part, I should have gotten the mild or garlic parm. I will be back soon to test my theory. Food was fast. Service was great. We were here for the Crawford fight and were pleased with the energy of the crowd. Recommend. read more

I typically don't eat wings and if I do they are usually boneless. I wanted to give these traditional wings a try cause I heard it was one of the best. It certainly did not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic flavor and quality. They were perfectly cooked and served. My favorite flavor was the sweet and sour. Our waitress was super cool. It might be a pricier option for some but it's well worth it! The DJ was also fantastic the night I went. It's a great bar scene for sports fans. Definitely try it out! read more

Cubs game was rained out and our family was looking for somewhere to eat. This place is not kid friendly! They were blaring explicit rap music, food took over an hour and when I asked our waitress where our food was I was given attitude. The place is also filthy. The food was subpar and greasy. Go elsewhere. read more

Delicious food! And such good variety. I got a smash burger with sweet potato fries, and our table got 4 kinds of wings, garlic fries and calamari. Every thing was great! I super appreciate that we showed up with 8 people at 10:48. 12 minutées before the kitchen closed... and they served us with a smile! We got our wings super quick!! A couple pitchers of beer to round it out. Great late night spot with lots of games on the tvs. Even dressed in our Giants gear in a Cubs bar we got fantastic service!! read more

Great DJ set. The bartender did a great job waiting on tables and bar, checked in on us periodically. The bar has this friendly neighborhood vibe that only existed in the Old Skool days. The Chicken wings lived up to the hype. The food was at the right temperature and onion rings were nice and crunchy. The Tap beer was just right. Great location. Floors where a bit sticky but hey its an established place for many years. read more

Service completely sucks. Waited 20 minutes before anyone even talked to us about getting water to our table. The waitresses attended the tables to our left and our right and still did not approach us to attempt to offer water or an apology. So after about half an hour of waiting already seated I finally get some water n then she disappears again for another 20 minutes. So finally I get to order n I'm thinkin order everything now because who knows when I'll see her again. Sooo disappointed in the location since I love going to the one on grand and frequently go there like every week with my coworkers since we work the next block over. read more

Went to Output for a private event. Waitress who took care of us in the private room was phenomenal. She was running drinks back and forth doing the best she can with what little she had. Our biggest issue was the little white guy behind the main bar. He was giving border line racist vibes and had poor customer service skills. Our DJ said they were on the last song and he came in, yanked out the plug, and said we had to get the fuck out. The wings here are awesome but please get this guy out of there. read more

Was excited to try Output given its reputation as a place that had great wings. Unfortunately, I left disappointed. Let's start with opening time. When you advertise that your establishment opens at a certain time, don't open an hour later. Further to this, when it did open, the kitchen wasn't ready for another 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting but offer your customers something complimentary for being patient. Now on to the wings - not sure that they were anywhere close to 'award winning' and more like middle of the road. Limited flavor and no heat. Service was good - the bartender and manager were friendly and attentive. read more

Output Wrigleyville - Wings and fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I love wings and sports with a great vibe. I think I found my new home. Output in Wrigleyville is everything you want from a sports bar. The food comes out faster than a CTA bus not stopping for you, and it absolutely slaps. The wings are crispy enough to make a grown Chicagoan emotional, if you love great food and haven't stopped by, then you are missing out. Every TV has a game on, every beer is ice cold, and the vibes are aggressively Chicago -- loud, friendly, slightly unhinged, but in a "we're all in this together" way. You'll hear someone yelling at the refs, someone else arguing about the Cubs bullpen, and somehow it all feels like home. Output is the kind of place where you say "just one drink" and then suddenly it's three hours later, you've made five new friends, and you're ordering another round of wings because "it'd be rude not to." If you're near Wrigley and choose to eat somewhere else, that's on you. Output understood the assignment. My friends and I were pleasantly impressed by the service and the food especially the wings and waffle fries with the truffle aioli. Can't wait to go back. read more

Came here with friends for the wings. They raved about them. Had fried pickles. Wow! They are sandwich slices covered with what I believe to be a cornmeal batter. I ordered the chicken wrap with garlic parmesan sauce. It was grilled nicely, flavorful, and just yummy. I had onion rings with it. Next level. Come here. No regrets. read more

Always have a great time when my wife and I make it out to Output in Wrigleyville! Just about a block and a half away from the stadium, you'll find a two room bar and restaurant with delicious wings, and fantastic vibes. Trumpy often works behind the bar, and is a super nice dude with some dope T-shirts. He always takes care of his regulars and is a great hang! Trigger Warning open mic is every Monday at 10 PM here, and we always have a great time starting our week with a trip here for comedy. read more

Bren is amazing. Great service. The vibes in there are pretty chill, I will definitely recommend here to friends and family.

This place really surprised me with their bar burger. Not one to order late night food at a bar, this burger was so good I had to share. Plus, it comes with garlic parm fries (can't go wrong there). If you are in Wriggly, definitely check this place out. Good drinks, and also serve wings. They have some fun themed nights as well, so if you find yourself in Wriggly NOT for a Cubs game, I would still stop by to see what's happening. read more

This was next door to Metro (concert venue) so popped in after a concert to grab some quick food and a drink or two. We ordered the breaded shrimp, fried mushrooms, and fried pickles. The food was decent, there weren't many drink options, the service was very slow. It was only a couple people working but not many customers. I would give it another chance if I was in the area though. Very cleanly bathrooms, covid measures seem to be mask unless you're sitting down read more

These wings are elite. It's not a stretch to say they may be the best I've ever had. Honestly might come back today for a second pass because they were a hit. The service was just okay. Once again... Should have taken the Yelp reviews seriously. Bar was dirty. Portions small. Overpriced. Food super greasy... Like sitting in a pool of grease on your plate. A well bloody Mary that was in a 6oz cup packed with ice was $12. WTF. The onion rings were in a pool of oil and had little flavor. We also shared some wings... These were decent.. definitely not the best but good. I wouldn't come back and I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Great wings and the bartender/server was very friendly. I like this location better than the one on grand.

My husband heard this place had good wings. We've stopped by a few times but they've always been closed. We were out for a walk yesterday & they were open so we stopped in. Ordered 10 wings. Half mild, half garlic parm. Big, crispy, juicy wings. Very delicious. Will definitely return for wings. read more

My husband and I came to Output before a Cubs game. It was SO good. Great atmosphere, especially before a game, with open doors/window concept and music. Lots of TVs. We loved the vibe. The food was great. Cheese fries were amazing. The wings are big and delicious. They definitely don't short you on the size of the wings. Wish we could have taken left overs because I would have had some! Portion sizes were great. Staff were kind, bathrooms were super nice (bonus points for me!), and we were happy with our choice to come here before the game. read more

Output has the best wings I've had in Chicago! Great service! Will definitely be returning!

This place ticks all the boxes for me. It's divey but not trashy, the food is awesome, prices are reasonable, and the service was good. We had the traditional wings with sweet and spicy, original hot, and fire sauces. The wings were excellent and each of the sauces were great. We also had the fresh cut fries, which were also very good. Only downside is that they don't have malt vinegar for the fries. I'll definitely return when I'm in town again. read more

I rarely give five stars but this place was great! Maybe I hit it right but I was walking Wrigleyville looking for a great burger before the game and settled on this place since it was empty ( ( game was a rescheduled Cub/ Dodger washout so not all bars and restaurants open) but an interesting burger menu. I ordered the cheesy. Great choice suggested by the manager. Stuffed with cheese as well as a slice on top. Lettuce onions, etc. were crispy and fresh. Fries were crispy and although they gave me ketchup, the aioli was the perfect condiment. Didn't ask how I wanted it cooked but came medium to medium rare and so juicy - it ran down my fingers to my wrist. Perfect. Got to come back for the wings that they are really known for. read more
