Mikaela is super nice. We toured the apartment that suits our needs today. I love that there's a little strip mall within walking distance. Very convenient. The community seemed quiet. The unit was very nice. I love a big granite island in an open kitchen. The closets were a good size. The rooms are sufficient. The living area was nice. I love the townhouse style so there wouldn't be anyone above us. It had nice lighting & plenty of storage space. This community is definitely on the top of our list of places we're considering. read more

There is a way to to business and then there is the Outlook Littleton way. I pay extra for a garage and spot behind it, and yet they towed my truck, saying it was tagged and warned when it wasn't. They offered no compensation for their crime. My dryer went out and repair was 10 days out. Instead of moving a dryer from an empty unit they gave me keys to a unit in another building, just so they don't get sued for not providing services that I pay for. Their website and automated paying system goes down, so I pay by check on or before the 7th as stated in the lease agreement. They harassed me by putting a letter in my door saying I didn't pay rent when it was already paid. They were very quick to jump at me on the 8th. Most of the staff are very nice; however, I feel their hands are tied by piece of crap company that owns this place. Horrible experience and definitely NOT worth the money. read more

Extremely disappointed in the lack of response/actually non- response to "emergency" problems. For over two days our hot water and heat have gone out. Date: May 11 and 12, 2024. I contacted the office the first day after submitting repeated emergency outage reports not getting any response. Only after reaching the office personnel was I able to get a response from maintenance by an inexperienced person, sent to reset the water heater. He admitted he was filling in and didn't know how to correct my problem. He had to call someone to guide him how to restart the system. On the 12th, again no heat and hot water. Repeated calls and on-line email did not allow me to be able even talk to maintenance. No one responded to me either by phone or email. They claim "no heat or hot water" are considered an emergency need. I never received a call or contact on the 12th. It appears that they don't recognize their own classification of "emergency". The 12th lack of response severely prevented me from seeing my mom on mothers day, she is 100 years old. read more

Moved into the complex 24 hours ago and wasn't aware that if you paid for a garage you weren't allowed to park in the FREE spaces. Therefore was booted and had to pay $350 out of pocket to get it removed. I would understand this if I had lived here for longer than 24 hours and it wasn't the first strike, but it wasn't. I understand that it's their "policy", but policy's and rules are made by people and can be bent by people if it's for the good of your tenant (a person). Their management said it wasn't in the budget to help out. Even for this one time. WOW, they must not be running a very good business if they can't afford $350. Humanity- compassion, kindness, brotherly Love, kind hearted, consideration, understanding, sympathy tolerance, goodness, leniency, mercy, benevolence, charity, generosity etc. All things that this Managment does not currently have. I hoped they would have done the conscious thing and make this right, but they did not. read more

We just moved into Outlook Littleton. On the outside, everything is amazing. So many great amenities, pool year round, hot tub, gym etc.. I WAS going to leave a great review but a few things have changed my mind. 1. They will do random inspections of your apartment. We haven't lived here for one month and they have come in to do a random inspection with another planned in two days. The previous month they did garage inspections. They say it's for better "customer service". I don't know about you but I don't enjoy having random people come into my place when I'm not home. 2. Parking isn't regulated. If you get home after 6pm, you are going to have to park a couple buildings over. For the price of rent, you would think each unit would have a parking spot. 3. The material they use is cheap, make sure you thoroughly inspect the apartment before moving in. It's brand new but it came with scratched cabinets and floors. I'm giving it two stars for the amenities. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and they even throw small get togethers once a month. The leasing office staff is also very friendly. I don't know if some of things going on is above their pay grade but had I known that about these things I probably would not have moved in. Some suggestions for management would be to regulate parking, put up some lighting in the pool deck area (can't see your food if you wanna grill after 7pm) and to stop entering people's homes! read more

We lived at Outlook for two years, and I was determined I would be leaving a 4-5 star review. However, that changed towards the end of our lease. First the positives: Beautiful views, great layouts, nice pool and hot tub, safe community, and perfect location. Oh, and the maintenance guys were great! Now the negatives. We got a great rent concession when we decided to sign for our second year, which was awesome! However, when it came to start paying rent, we had to physically go to the office and write a check from our checkbook. They said no automatic payments could be set up due to their system not being able to calculate the accrual that was placed on our account month to month. Half way through our new lease, somehow $986 was automatically withdrawn from our checking account. (This was in December after our rent was already paid for, and just a couple weeks prior to a Christmas). When we went down to talk to them about it, the same answer we got every time was "we're still waiting to hear back from our accounting department." It took them over 30 days to return our money back to us. After that was settled, we decided to purchase a home. Our last months rent was paid the first of February. We made sure MULTIPLE times that this is all we would owe for our last months rent prior to moving. They re-assured us that yes, this is all you will owe for your last months rent. Come the last week we are in the apartment, we got a bill saying we owe $986 again (the same amount that was automatically withdrawn earlier). Again, when we would go down to ask what was going on, the only thing they could tell us was they were still waiting on the accounting department and that they had no idea what this bill was for. We have now been moved out for a month, and still have not been contacted on what this bill is for, and are still trying to get things settled. With all that said, just be aware that their "Accounting Department" is very unorganized, and communication within the company is horrible. No one ever seems to know what's going on or has answers for you when you need them. Poor communication, lack of awareness, and turn over of employees within the office makes things very difficult when there are issues with your account. It was great for some time, but towards the end we were very disappointed with how things turned out. read more

I was considering moving to these apartments with my girlfriend. But when we came to check out the apartments... we got a boot on our vehicle that cost us 325 dollars to get off. Sure we got 175 back two weeks later, but to not get a parking warning first seems sadly aggressive. I was so upset at this action that I created a video and posted it on my You Tube channel about the incident... please search it and watch for yourselves. They should have a warning sign at every entrance to let visitors know the consequences for parking outside of the few visitor parking spaces that they have. Your average of reviews is low and I'm guessing at least half of these one star reviews is due to your horrific parking situation. Don't let this be the downfall of great potential. I've lived at Outlook for half a year now and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. When I was applying there assistant manager Emma and leasing agent Kira, personally helped my roommates and I. This was our first apartment so we were not familiar with the process and the additional steps that we would need to take. They were so patient and took the time to explain everything, then continued to work with us until we got moved in. Ever since then, they have remembered our names and are very friendly when any of us come into the office. I really feel they have gone above and beyond with their jobs! The apartments are very noisy--poor construction. Read contract terms in detail before signing the contract as they will hold you to every word and it could cost you hundreds and thousands of dollars. There is no discussion outside of the contract. The management company name is Alliance Residential Company and they have a terrible BBB rating. Read the reviews. Beware of doing business with this company. read more

I lived here for a full year, and am so happy I am gone. Joshua, the old manager who leased my apartment was amazing. However, a couple months after I moved in a new manager took over, and things went down from there. Long story short, I paid my move out dues in person within a week after my move out (before the invoice was even officially sent). I handed it directly to the manager, and took a picture of it for record in her office. About 3 months went by before I got a call about an expanding balance from my move out fees. I obviously paid them, so we cleared it up right there. The guy checked in with someone and said I was good to go, and it was there mistake. However, then I got another call from corporate claiming I STILL had an outstanding balance. I sent them a copy of the check, and called Outlook Littleton back. The manager claimed she never got my check, and that she would have "put it directly in the mail" if she did. She even went as far as claiming she "did not loose it." Well, apparently they sent this to collections without ever responding to my last inquiry. Mind you I paid rent every month on time. Long story short, if you like your credit then don't move here. The apartments are baseline. Everything is made very cheap, and it took them 6 months of temporarily fixing my dryer every 2 weeks before they finally replaced it. Rent is highly overpriced considering how cheap everything was made, and their lack of effort to accommodate a peaceful home. Taylor, and his maintenance men are the ONLY good thing about this facility. read more

I was one of the first residents and the previous managers were awesome, they were collaborative and they communicated and brought the excitement of a new community. The new owners SUCK!! They never answer their business phone (the previous owners did), you can never pay on the website (I can't even log on), and while they are obligated by law to make disclosures, the contract is vague and they interpret it in their favor and they charged me an extra $200 on a whim (I paid it so they wouldn't screw with my credit). The front office manager-woman is rude and while she does her best to be professional (you can take the girl out of the trailer park...) she is a liar and as unprofessional as they come. My car license plates expired on the 30th of the month and when I woke up on the first of the month, I saw my car windows plastered with notices from the tow company...you can only remove that shit with a razor blade and solvent! The "dogpark" is full of dog feces and it is not maintained. There is Zero parking and maintenance is a joke (the old maintenance crew was johnny on the spot!). "Luxury" has no business being in their motto or marketing materials. I am a business executive with an MBA and this is transition living after my divorce. I am moving out in 60 days having purchased a home, and I am not going to give the gestapo a reason to keep any of my deposit. This could have been an awesome community but they have below average, unprofessional people managing it. read more

Terrible customer service. I moved my ill and disabled mother into a two bedroom apartment with myself so I could take care of her. She had poor credit so our combined security deposit was over $1000. We lived there for two years, maintenance was always slow, there was no caulking around the kitchen sink, and the neighbors were loud and rude. My sister stayed with us for a week when she came down from college for break, and her car (Honda Accord) got stolen right out of the parking lot. A couple weeks after that another resident's car had it's window smashed and items stolen from within it. Outlook did nothing to increase security. On moving out, I cleaned the apartment for two whole days. They still kept my entire security deposit. Crooks. Do NOT move here. You will regret it if you do, like I did. read more

I have gone to the office with concerns twice during the two years I have lived here. Every time the manager (not Stephanie) tells me she can't t help with a smirk on her face. After a snowstorm, every walkway has been shoveled but not the one in front of my building. I fell with all my groceries, but the "manager " after asking her twice during the day that the walkway needs to be cleaned, said with a smile on her face, shoveling is not on my resume and that is not my job, so I am not doIng it. I have only lived here 6 months and have had nothing but bad experiences. Starting with the new management. 1. The parking is awful and they have tried towing my car without any warning, and when I go to the office to talk to them about it, the man at the front desk starts LITERALLY screaming and cussing me out, which I find ridiculous and unprofessional. 2. I moved in with a service dog and one pet. Once the new management came I had notes on my door everyday about how I have zero animals on my lease and I haven't been paying for any. Which all of my rent checks include. 3. Everything in the apartment is cheaply made and my dishwasher barely works, yet a maintenance guy comes in and says it's fine. 4. The new management tried kicking us out of our garage because they "didn't have proof of us paying for it" 5. We don't get the utilities bill until the fourth so the tell us to GUESS how much our bill will be. Then hound us for the extra money if we were off. This complex is probably the worst place I have ever lived and there is always something they are telling me I am not paying for when I have already paid everything. Absolutely awful. If I could get out of my lease and sue them I would. Do not move here. read more

My boyfriend and I just moved into Outlook and the move in process has been nothing but easy. The staff upfront is friendly and very helpful and Josh is one of the main reasons we decided to move into the complex. He showed us different units on multiple different occasions and even waited for me when I was stuck in traffic. Am a current resident and can't wait until my lease is up. If you have any friends who come to visit do not lease here. There are only 14 visitor parking spots for the entire complex. During the holidays my family came to visit from out of state. 8 of the 14 visitor spots were taken by residents. My family got booted as they parked in a regular" spot. The leasing office wouldn't do anything and I called the regional office on December 27 and still haven't received a call back. I live near the guest parking area and every night over half the spaces are filled with residents. The complex should assign parking spots and have guest parking passes. Again, if you are planning on having people come visit you this is NOT the place to live. read more

We lived here for a short period of time (thankfully it was short). I knew we made a mistake shortly after signing the lease. I called week after week to confirm our move-in date would get a, "We think it will be ready in time, but we are not sure." It wasn't until right before move-in that I received a call stating that our building was not finished. I found it alarming that they waited until last minute. We had to pick a different apartment and building. Upon moving in, we had a never-ending list of issues. Gashes in the floor, chipped granite counters, scratches and unpainted cabinets,unfinished baseboards, no racks, etc. That was just a small sample. Not to mention the place was filthy! There was dust everywhere, wood debris from construction, etc. No one bothered to even attempt to clean up. We alerted management and it seemed time and time again people came and didn't take care of the issues. They even came in without approval, moved our stuff, and didn't leave an entry note (we only knew because they left a hard hat in my bathroom even though they were supposedly "fixing" a scratch in the living room). By this time we were irritated and management was never "polite" about any of it.The apartments are made so cheaply and were obviously rented while they were still in construction. Management would take days upon days to respond to emails or calls. They were very unorganized and would always fumble to come up with an answer to our questions. It was also obvious that many kids (18 or so) were living in one apartment (I would see this all throughout the complex). They would prop open the secure doors with kegs at night and would run up and down the stairs. I could hear them partying. The grounds are nice and it is great to have a gym and pool. Although, half the time technology to swipe the key into the gym was broken, so I never really got to use it (because you could only get there during business hours through the front door). read more

So glad to be out of there. Bottom line is the original developers used cheap materials, poorly organized crews, and left many skipped corners. Their hurry to sell compromised the quality of these apartments. Esthetically, they look nice, but realistically they're a mess. Some apartments are just fine while others encounter a plague of issues. The original front staff was friendly, but certainly not well rounded. Sam was too nice, Natalie was great at keeping composed while being yelled at by renters, and Tara was the neighborhood gossip queen. Literally, anything you wanted or didn't want to know she would share amongst renters. I thought Tara to be dishonest at times too ( saying anything to rent an apt). I don't fault Natalie for handling herself the way she did. In fact I think her hands were tied, with a pending sale of the property and no one to back her up, what would anyone can else have done? As for the quality of renters, oh just brace yourself for towny trash, poor dog owners, and ghetto parents who curse, drink, and smoke pot amongst other things in front of their kids in the public areas. There are some nice people living there, but if you use the grounds at all you're bound to experience the trashiness I mentioned. They all felt entitled....for what I am not sure. Amongst other things the apartments are not soundproof at all so you'll hear everything. Therefore, if you want a quiet apartment don't rent in the middle apartments with shared hallways, and keep away from Mineral (it's not quiet at all). The Chattfield side is a little more quiet. New management took over. I really liked Tim and the new crew. I think they tried really hard to make amends for all the unfortunate earlier crap. The problem I had was the computer, and mail related issues were never resolved (at least not while I was there). 2 to 3 months is the maximum amount of time that any of this should have taken. When renters are paying 12 00 to 2500 for rent there is no excuse for inefficiency. There are "luxury" apartments going up all-over the place in Denver, there is a ton of competition. I am not sure if outlook can keep up without eventually dropping the rents. Hopefully all the glitches are worked out and the entitled trashy bonehead clients have moved out. read more

Outlook Littleton recently charged me DOUBLE for my rent on the first of July. I've emailed them over eight times, stopped at the office and they still don't have this resolved. (Over $1,500!)) I contacted my bank to work with them but the work sits on Outlook's side. When I've stopped at the front office, they always tell me "how busy" they are and they can do it tomorrow. The location is fantastic, within 2 miles you have Aspen Grove, RTD Park-N-Ride, and the South Platte Trail. However, after living here I can say that the office staff are not friendly, and would rather not be bothered by you for any reason. They are hardly ever at the front desk, and to be seen by them you have to walk past the desk and almost completely into the offices. They also don't seem to know the policies and procedures that you would expect from a leasing office, like when to take a security deposit for a party, or even asking you to sign any documentation that you are having a party in the clubhouse. The only redeeming factor for the staff are the maintenance guys, they have never been anything but friendly, courteous, and willing to provide the services that have been requested. read more

Parking is a nightmare. They give no grace and put a boot on my car the first time I visited. I was told to park in visiting parking only, which there is not a lot of. After driving around for 10 minutes looking for a visiting spot I finally parked. In the morning I came out to a boot on my car. The fine was $330. Here is where they get you- $145-Remote Release, $175-Remote Release Deposit, $10 Convenience Fee. I tried to dispute it since I was new to the area. They say that they use a 3 party so there was no way to reimburse. Very unhappy with the service I received here with the 3rd party I had to pay $330 and for the leasing office having no grace or way to help out. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE UNTILL YOU KNOW THE FACTS! When I moved in the apartment was brand new. It was never cleaned, there were scratches and paint all over the floors, the bathrooms were filthy. The kitchen was filled with dust and dirt all over cabinets. The day we moved in the master bath cabinet had BLACK MOLD all over the inside of it. We became extremely ill from the BLACK MOLD POISONING and are still suffering from it today. Parking is a nightmare. The so called "Year Round Heated Pool", has been ICE COLD for the last 6 months. Kids swim in the Hot Tub and the water look like dirty pee. Dog owners don't pick up their poo and it's everywhere. NOISE IS UNBERABLE! These cheap apartments have "NO INSULATION", between the floors. Every drop, door shut, step and even toilet flushes are super loud. Pray you don't have a kid above you. If you do BUY EAR PLUGS! It sounds like a fright train. The running, smashing and jumping will drive you crazy. The management has "No Respect", for a tenants "Quiet Comfort". Management is totally worthless! They refuse to address noise problems, send lease violations in replacement for dealing with any real problems to skirt helping anyone out. Customer service is non-existent. I had a Christmas gift sit in the office for almost 2 months and they never even told me it was there. Management sends legal lease violations FOR EVERYTHING, instead of working thing out with the tenants.They post 3 day legal notices to get out, for UNJUST BILLS, that takes forever to fix. This is a YOUNG persons place. Two doors above me their are 4 kids that puke over the balcony after parting all night and it lands on my patio. They let their dog use the balcony as a bathroom and almost daily I have to clean the pee and poop that drips through on my patio and door. Thank GOD my lease is almost up! read more

Everything I have read (especially the current reviews) are spot on. I rarely leave reviews but I feel strongly that others need to be warned before renting here. The rent is expensive and for that price it seems that these things could be taken care of. It is so frustrating! The pool IS (and has been for months) freezing!!!! We loved the pool upon our moving in and it was so nice and fun for our kids. The new management - Alliance - is terrible. The heater broke many months ago and still they have not fixed it. Upon trying To voice my concern the management representative was quite rude. The hot tub is and has been yellow for months. They won't turn on the jets anymore because they claim the past company burned them out. So the hot tub now is just a pool of stagnant yellow water with no bubbles. Their answer for all is to blame the old management company which was much better than this one. Lastly, the parking is awful and they are not proactive or concerned with fixing it. I hear aspen grove apartments are much better!!! Go there instead!!! read more

RUN don't walk quickly away from this place! It looks great, and its convenient but thats it. The parking has been HORROBLE, the hot tub jets don't work most of the time, the pool which is supposed to be heated is so NOT and no lighting at the pool at night time. The current management team is HORRID, rude and unprofessional. They don't do anything with loud noise, fighting, door slamming, kids bounding balls inside above another tenant, adults stomping around all day and evening ,,, I think I may live under a playground or bowling alley. read more

THE WORST THING... I received a call yesterday from a young staff member in the management office. He said he had been trying to reach me by email (never bothered to confirm my email address... which I had to do and they had it wrong - must have been entered in wrong with the new company because I received emails before). He said he is new and made a mistake - shredding ALL TENANTS PAYMENTS BEFORE THEY WERE PROCESSED. I couldn't believe it. I understand being the new guy. I understand being human and making a mistake.... I was appalled that they made the new guy contact the tenants. This should have come from upper management. Poor guy. I checked our account and it showed the payment WAS taken from our account. My husband called in and left a message stating this. The same guy called back today and said he didn't have my husbands number so he couldn't call him back. Again, it's on our contract... look it up! Point 2... why didn't he then ask me for it and enter it in the system? So I told him the payment DID process. He said it didn't... turns out, he forgot to mention it was the payment for May. Yup! A month and a half later I find out this information. Thankfully we paid with a cashiers check so the funds were already out of our account. As he then threatened to start the eviction process if we couldn't come up with the funds within 2 days. I just lost my job... he knows that... no offer of a payment plan, discount, nothing. I spent 2 hours, 2 visits at the bank today to have them cancel and reissue a new cashiers check. Good thing I didn't have to be at work. I can't imagine the people who wrote regular checks and now have to come up with those funds. When you have a stressful day at work, you want to come home and relax. Not possible here! We have been renting since July of 2015 (lease is up in November this year) and my husband and I have been under so much stress from living here. Both the old and new management have been horrible. Scratched cabinets, toilet paper holders falling off, they never let me read the contract before signing it, never sent me a copy, a male maintenance person came in while I was in the shower - without notice, the "secured" building wasn't secured for several months after we moved in, there is no door code to get in the building - so when I forgot my key FOB in the middle of the night while letting my dog out, I wasn't able to get back in. Had to sit outside in the middle of winter, waiting for someone to come by so I could get back in, they are constantly evicting tenants and then toss their belongings in parking spaces for days rather than on the grass - taking up the little spaces we do have, parking is horrendous. If you get home later than the typical end of business day, you have to park at the next apartment community - simply not enough spaces here. So even though I pay $1,400+ a month in rent, and my contract says I get 2 parking spaces, often I do not get to park on the property. We tried renting a garage for the first several months but they told us there were non available. We saw several garages that were sitting open, unoccupied. Once we finally were able to get one, they informed us we couldn't use it for storage, only a vehicle. Which defeated the purpose for us. Funny part, neither of our vehicles even fit in the garage as others have complained about as well. This is just skimming the top of everything. The management office simply says "I'm sorry" over and over again but doesn't do a thing to correct the situations. New management, new problems. We were just informed we are getting 2 parking passes. One for my husband, and one for myself. My husband is an electrician. What about his company vehicle? Now he is required to keep it off the property. UNREAL. We were told if we wanted to get out of our lease it would much less than with the old management company. Turns out it's the same price. Ugh! We have tried to get out several times. Apparently they would rather have people stay, be unhappy and write bad reviews rather then letting them go and avoid the bad word of mouth. When I first  moved in I thought  this was the greatest  place ever!  Tons of amazing amenities, beautiful grounds, and brand new buildings.  Everything is beautiful but the neighborhood isn't safe at all. My car has been keyed badly 6 times in the last 4 weeks.    No surveillance cameras, no security guards, and their only suggestion is to purchase a garage. I really wish I could take my business elsewhere and didn't  refer friends  to move in.    We also, referred a friend to move in, and they had to push back his move in date three times!  In addition  we are finding  many of the amenities  don't  work.  After they did their s'mores party we invited a group of friends over to the complex 4 our very own smores party, turned out there fire pit doesn't work. It was clearly very inconvenient for their manager to help us with this issue.  I'm bummed and wish I would have taken our business  elsewhere. read more

Do not rent a 1st floor apartment if you decide to move here. The sound insulation is horrible and you can hear the upstairs neighbors even if they are just walking! Our current neighbors have a child that they let run around until after midnight and this keeps me up at night when I have to wake up at 4:30 for work. I have contacted the management numerous times and get the canned response that I have to have a recording of the noise to make any difference in our arrangement. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to record such low frequency noise and you definitely cannot record the walls shaking! read more

I've lived here for 2 years. The management/workers are constantly changing. Our apartment buildings are suppose to be locked as a secure entry. However, our door was broken for almost 8 months. Then, when they finally decided to fix it, they fixed it wrong. Which makes it hard to get into not to mention extremely hard if I have bags in my hand. When we asked about it, the front office acted like we were dumb. This complex seems to care about the exterior only for sales instead of residents. They spend all this money on the dog park, for what? Its half done with trash laying around for weeks. Also our pool was orginally suppose to be heated and open all year. It's never heated and only open for 2 months. I dont understand. And as far as my door to my building. I pay $1800 in rent and your people cant put the door handle on correctly? I like living here cause my apt itself is nice and it's a great location. I just want our apt to acknowledge their mistake and fix it. Why must everything take complaint after complaint to fix something. read more

I lived at outlook for 13 months and at first it seemed great because there was a dog park and security doors at the bottom of the buildings. After just one week of living there I came to realize that no one puts their dogs on a leash so you have dogs running wild and the security doors have locked me out of my own apartment because it doesn't recognize my fob. Not only that but it is not a smoke free environment so the person living above me ashed and threw cigarette butts all over my balcony. The office took care of that. My water heater went out several times and instead of them fixing it the maintenance team just left the door unlocked so we could fix it when it went out. Waking up to an apartment that had no heat or trying to take a shower in cold water wasn't fun. But above it all I chose to do my walk through with the staff at the end of my lease. I was told I would be charged for four things, and was accepting of that. Well lesson learned make sure you get everything in writing because I received my move out statement and owed $800 and they charged me for things that I was not told of during the walk through. So I called the office and they told me that there is nothing they can do and that I was pretty much lying. So I decided to call corporate. I spoke with a gentleman about my concerns and he told me he was going to look into it and find out what they can do. He would get back to me within 24-48 hours. Well it's been two weeks and I have tried to call, left voicemails, emailed him 3 times and still have not received anything back. I am so disappointed in this company and how they have treated someone who never complained, always paid their rent on time, and was always kind to staff. This is a company that I will never give my money to again and if they do happen to buy the property I live at, I will get every single word they say to me in writing or in a voice recording. read more
