And finally, the beans, mixed with small chunks of smoked bologna. Good, but by the time I worked my way down to the beans I was stuffed. A rich filling cup of food. My wife had the Smoked Bologna sandwich. She's hooked. It comes with the Cajun Slaw. She liked the slaw as much as I did. The little BBQ shack is tiny. A small independently owned Pig Stand.
