The receptionist wouldn't let me speak with anyone and did not seem to be communicating our conversations accurately or on time, or I can't imagine we would have been dropped.

They are on sloped terrain so the job wasn't easy but On Point made it look easy. They brought in a Bobcat to haul the trimmings from the back of our property through our side yard (only about 7' wide) to the front to their trailer so they could haul everything away. Brett gave us a fair price, was here in time and did what he said they could do. The trees look great! We're completely satisfied and highly recommend On Point for your tree service needs. If you could see how the trees looked before, you'd give them 5 stars, too
