Subsequently, he behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner: I requested an itemized invoice but never received one; every time we agreed on a start date, he failed to show up at the site; on one occasion, he finally did arrive and began the task, but he completed only 10% of the total scope of work and then stopped. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Jordan to complete the project; however, as of today, no action has been taken on his part. I would not recommend Winsome Landscaping.

Ended up with a person who just moved here from California and started working for James. This person did not set the sprinkler system as I had asked... set it totally different. But told me he had set it as I asked and I did not find out he hadn't until the next day when the system ran. I am a Widow ... so now my water bill is sky high... and they told me to set the ck on my porch - each day for 3 days I was told he would come by and pick it up -- he never did. While his hired person was here he told me adamantly that he did not believe in God ... etc. That is a scary statement for most of us... especially widows alone! I finally took the check in off the porch ... and James called the police and complained about me. I am also an Ordained Reverend... This is pretty bad stuff they have put me through right after losing my husband. James was aware that my husband had passed... Think Twice... on this one. Very BAD experience for me... I told him I was going to call the police so he called them immediately after I said that to him... Told them a story to make me the widow/Reverend sound like the bad Guy -- I could take a polygraph to this and pass!

We pay for weekly service and this summer they…read moremissed a week so when they returned back 2 weeks later the grass was long and they used a weed wacker to 'mow' and left all the long grass clippings making a huge mess. We called and texted MANY times with no response for weeks. They kept coming and mowing and leaving the clippings. After 3 weeks they finally cleaned it up. NOW they haven't shown up in 4 weeks! Not answering or returning calls or texts. This company is so bad at communicating and customer service that I would highly take caution when looking to use their services. They are not consistent at all. Super disappointed! Update to the owners response: no email was received and no phone calls or texts were answered over the last month checking in on why no one was showing up. He can respond quickly to a bad review but can't answer the many phone calls and texts. The worst service we have ever experienced, especially in a small town.

While out at my house they wrote me a check to reimburse me for the expense of hiring the other company. Overall I am satisfied with their effort to repair our relationship and I appreciate their reimbursement for my expenses. I asked them about scheduling my blowout/winterization for the coming season, and they said they would reach out to me in the coming weeks. So I hope to hear from them, if not, I'll send an email. And an edit to my previous post: my grass is green and lush now. It was brown when installed but looks amazing now after 2 seasons of good and consistent watering. I wasn't going to write a bad review until I learned about the drip line issue. That is what pushed me over the edge to report all my grievances with them. We had our yard done by inland in spring 2020. Kim and the other man who came out to bid our project were very nice. They got us scheduled for sprinklers and sod in 3/4th of our yard. Leaving an area clear for a deck and play yard, and 3.5 feet wide of planter beds around the perimeter fences. Everything seemed fine as they did the sprinklers. But then the ground wasn't completely flat for the sod. They laid down completely brown, dead looking sod. It was INFESTED with spiders. I didn't think to complain because I felt like it must be normal, since I don't know grass stuff and they do. Fine. The sod we laid on bumpy ground, and still to this day, there's bumps and holes in the yard under the sod. One corner of the yard completely floods every time the sprinklers turn on. I tried to contact them in fall 2020 to do my sprinkler blowout and after several calls, I finally got through to them. I brought up some of my concerns and they said they would deal with it in spring. I didn't see them do the blowout, so I'm not convinced it even got done. When I questioned this, the receptionist was less than helpful. Come spring 2021, I tried to contact them to turn the water back on, with no reply. I was able to contact one of their former employees, and he said the company had received many complaints along the same lines of my complaints. He turned my sprinklers back on and did a small repair. It's now the end of summer 2021 and I have dont gotten a return call from inland sprinklers or their former employee. I got another company to come and look at our drip line that was installed by inland and they found out IT HAD NEVER BEEN CONNECTED TO OUR WATER MAIN! They had to install a line from the water main in the front yard to the backyard drip system! I'm so completely disappointed and disgusted with this company. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
