Costing: Pablo provided an extremely aggressive quote! In some cases a few grand cheaper than competitors. Price agreement : Pablo is understanding and open to conversations about cost. The detailed itemized price proposal made it easy to inquire about things like types of turf and how to be more cost efficient with the amount of cement we wanted. Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. It turned out fantastic, please check out pictures. Elias brought several teams and master stone mason, Francisco to do the work. Don "Pancho" used Clovis rebar/fence code and did amazing work. I also needed to move some sprinkler valves about two feet and he brought in Don Martin to do this job. I had an original home builder wood fence, it was falling apart. My new fence does not even compare to previous fence. I incentivised Elias for a fast build and he did a great job in 4 days!
