The cuts were far from acceptable the seam were so sloppy put together they ended up rolling and coming up. They came out said they'd redo floor at no cost. With different vinyl than we paid for. That if you put a chair on it it would indent the vinyl very cheap and very uncomfortable to walk on. They had another installer come in (Sid) he wasn't familiar with seams continued calling office. He laid the floor not only one seam but two within 21/2 feet of each other. Same thing started pulling up and rolling. Continued to text sid he would say if he has time he'll come fix it. While Steve knew that there was a problem as he asked Randy, Randy told him he was waiting for Sid to come back. Steve if Sid knows about he'll come fix it. No Sid and no check up call from Steve Nor Troy ( The Higher ups) I speak with Joel which he done more than Steve, Troy or Sid. Have all messages if need verification. We tell Joel we're going to go through someone else as Sid never showed up no call from Royal floors, Let them know we'd have someone else come in on January11th. We recieve a message January 12th if you havent gotten your floor redone Steve & I would like to come in and fix the flooring. How convenient day after we told them were having someone else come in. Again I have messages. Day late $1700 later. Then we get if you had someone come in a redo the flooring what can Steve do about it. How about a refund or labor cost refunded..... Also if you haven't heard from Sid call back. Hello you all know the how about your company reach out. This went on for over a month before we had someone else come in. Not once did they do a horrible flooring job but twice. Think twice before hiring Royal floors in Fernley, Nevada. Like I said I have photos of both jobs and all messages if need verification. He helped me make the best flooring choices for me and even considered my life style. He also factored in what I could afford and gave me great suggestions on how to keep costs down. From Steve to the guy who measured and to Shane and Dakota, who put the floorings in, I was impressed. All extremely pleasant and helpful. They even made sure that I knew how to care for my new floors. They gave me great ideas on how to clear out the house and where to temporarily store things. They moved my furniture for me and then put it all back. As to the floorings, I am so pleased with the colors. I enjoy my house so much more now. It looks exactly the way I had pictured it. With the new paint, it looks like a model home. I could not be happier. My dad used this company as well and had all the same guys. We have all been impressed and very happy with their work. These are expensive investments so you want the best. You will not be disappointed.

When you walk in you should really pay attention to your step at all times, due to they've done the flooring to their showroom with numerous different types of flooring that you could go from hardwood to hardwood or hardwood to carpet like that, making it a big trip hazard so again watch your step. From the entrance to now on the showroom flooring theres no price tags on any of the displays until your informed that the prices are on the backside of each sample, and the prices are marked up a little bit higher then most that I've seen. Is it horrible pricing? Not really! Unless you really know flooring then you might know more then the average consumer. So overall Carpet King in a whole, is it worth your time and money? To be honest I'd say in my opinion it's all personal preference, depending on what your looking for an how much your looking for this maybe your place, this may not be a place. But if you are able to find a price that's lower the owner Kelly maybe able to work on a lower price or price match for a competitor prices. Showed me licenses to help with my concerns and did not fuss about it. I can honestly say I trust this guy. He earned that trust. The flooring I picked sucked and he was sad that we did not pick it out together so he picked up a few minor things to make the job pop and stay more solid. He also suggested I get warranties on the flooring. Which is good communication and honesty and knowledge about product and concern for our financial and home stability. When done, he even came back a few times to dial some things in better so that we would love the job. I am definitely adopting him as my handyman! They completed the job 3 or so months ago. I had questions within a couple of months about wood slats on the fence buckling and some splitting as well as some of the posts splitting. I texted Julio and he told me that was normal weather wear and tear. I texted Julio again two weeks ago because the side gate they constructed no longer lines up with its other side and the locking hardware cant lock anymore. I would gather one side has fallen out of alingment due to the weight of the wood used? Julio has not responded to me. I am not sure how to proceed. I'm a single working woman with my 95 year old widowed mother living with me. Julio knew this. I am thankful for the work done and appreciate everyone is busy, but my yard is no longer safe for me and my family. To be clear, I had offered to pay Julio and his company to fix any problems I had contacted his company about concerning the fence and gates he installed and built.

I wish I could give a -00000 stars…read more I would never recommend Elite Roofing for anything! I am a realtor, Elite Roofing inspected a property that I am selling. Elite came out and made some very inflammatory comments/assumptions in writing, spoke to the buyers (not buyers agent) of the home and scared them into demanding a new roof. They gave an estimate of $29,600.00. We scheduled 3 different roofing contractors for inspections, all three of them recommended repairs, not a roof replacement. Due to the issues with the sale of the house and timeline, my sellers must make a concession for the roof, if they want their house to sell and move on with their life. When I asked one of the contractors for an estimate to replace the roof, they called me back and asked me "Why I wanted to replace the roof, it is in need of minor repairs only" it is good for another 10 to 15 years. So far the bids have come back $5,000.00 under the estimate of Elite. I let everyone in my office know what happened. They will never receive my business of any type. In my future contracts I will specifically name them as a vendor I will not work with. Shame on them, they saw dollar signs, too bad, it was with the wrong agent!!
