Specifically, we needed overnight sitting for our two dogs and two cats (well, really, only one dog -- a puppy -- needed the hands on care). We loved meeting both Jordan and Jill, the actual sitter. They have great credentials, both were great with animals, and both were very responsive and communicative. In particular, Jill left us detailed notes and was easy to communicate via text. When we got home, all of our pets were in great shape (as was our house). We definitely plan on using the again, highly recommend!

I was able to reach them early in the morning on a Friday to see if they could accommodate a last minute request for the weekend. They went out of their way to fit me in and sent someone over that some morning to meet my cat and getting everything set up. This was my first time using a pets sitter and I was really impressed and greatly appreciated their willingness to fit me in on such short notice. The meeting went well and we agreed that the pet sitter would visit once on Saturday and once on Sunday to check on my cat and box turtle. I left around 1pm that same Friday and returned Sunday evening to find that the pet sitter had not visited while I was away. Upon calling, I was told that the pet sitter had forgotten to come over and care for my pets. The pet sitter that I spoke with was very apologetic for the mistake, but I was still very upset to come home and find that my cat and box turtle had gone without food since that Friday when I left. Thankfully I had left enough water for both of them and they turned out to be alright. I really appreciated the effort that Fetch Pet Care made to accommodate my last minute request, and I felt that the pet sitter was very friendly. The pet sitter was also very apologetic about the mistake, but ultimately I do not feel that they fulfilled our agreement to care for my pets.

I immediately cleaned out what should've been clean boxes and opened the windows-this was in March so still a bit chilly. However we crack our windows upstairs, all the time to help circulate fresh air in. It took a far to get back to normal. Then water got all over my mail, destroying a magazine. It wasn't dried off, they kept piling up the mail on top, leaving the magazine to stick to the table and other damp pieces. Not impressed, definitely not the Pet Nanny I had come to rely on.

It is wonderful to leave with no guilt because I know Lark loves them as much as I do. When she walks my dogs they come home tired and happy. My dog has a special need, and I stated that from the beginning. Kyle decided 30 days later shortly after she got hurt that they couldn't accommodate to her. Bowhaus did start an open claim with their insurance company. Kyle received the orthopedic vet exam report and he had the audacity to tell me there was nothing wrong with my dog per his own observation. It was very dismissive and he basically disregarded the exam/ x-rays that was performed by one of Colorados top vet orthopedic hospital. Kyle is not a vet or anything close to it he openly admits. I sent him a video of her limping then he stops emailing me or return my calls. Their insurance company is a joke. Out of nowhere the claim adjuster started raising her voice, cutting me off and then hung up on me. I called two different times requesting to speak to Kyle after speaking to the insurance agent. Even stating to his staff to give him a memo of the urgency of the reason of why he needs to call or I would report Bowhaus Boulder to CDA for PACFA violations of Duty of care. Of course, ultimately Kyle never got back to me.

Rates were cheaper than using Rover or any of those other apps and she did a meet and greet with the pups beforehand so they were able to establish trust and get to know their caretaker ahead of our trip.
