Specifically, we needed overnight sitting for our two dogs and two cats (well, really, only one dog -- a puppy -- needed the hands on care). We loved meeting both Jordan and Jill, the actual sitter. They have great credentials, both were great with animals, and both were very responsive and communicative. In particular, Jill left us detailed notes and was easy to communicate via text.
