Forrest does a great job behind the bar. He's efficient, friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond. The type of service where you get a refill on your drink before you even have to ask. Drinks (4.5/5): One of the things I like about HT Seafood Company is that they have a great happy hour with specials on both drinks and food. The drink specials are fantastic. And they even do all day happy hour on Saturday! Something you rarely see from a bar or restaurant. Awesome! Food (4/5): A good number of dishes (10 or so) are on the happy hour menu. I've had their fondue fries and shrimp scampi. A little oily and heavy, but flavorful. The lobster grilled cheese with lobster bisque is also delicious. It's not cheap, but a very, very solid lunch option. They also have some lunch specials where you can get some good bang for your buck. If you're a seafood fan, and looking for a spot that offers a lot of great value, HT Seafood Company does a great job of delivering.
