This is real Louisiana style crawfish; not the Viet Cajun style which is heavily sauced on the outside. There is NO sauce on the outside and no flavor options; but the taste is delicious! Now I won't lie, I do prefer Viet Cajun style, but this was a great alternative. I found the prices to be pretty reasonable compared to other popular crawfish places in Pearland. They were out of shrimp so I couldn't try that, but the crawfish was well seasoned and juicy inside. I would have preferred more boil juice in my bag so I had some to dip in, but next time I know to tell them. Same thing with the mixed bag; I think there should have been some boil juice in the bag because it was kind of dry. But the corn was so sweet and that sausage!!!! Omg. I don't know what kind of sausage they use (tasted like deer maybe?) but it was soooooooooo good and HUGE for the price you pay. Now, be careful. The hours shown on Yelp aren't correct. I went on a Wednesday afternoon when Yelp said they opened at noon. Got there at 1pm to be turned away and told that they don't open until 2pm. No problem, I didn't mind waiting. Pulled over to the side of the road so I wasn't blocking their driveway, and at about 1:15, a truck pulled in. Shortly thereafter, another car pulled in. Around 1:20, I saw someone coming out to take their orders, so I pulled in behind them. After the first couple orders were put in, a manager came to my car to tell me that they could take my order, but it would be a little bit of a wait since they don't open until 2pm. I had no problem with this, but why didn't they say that when I first pulled in?! i was waiting first and they let two cars get ahead of me. Hmmmm... Anyway. Ended up getting my food around 1:35p, so it wasn't a terrible wait. I would come back and get the crawfish, the shrimp, and another mixed bag!

I went back and tried the Jambalaya a little later & again another 10/10, i've never had Jambalaya before so the flavors were so crazy , but I still found myself not able to put the fork down! There are 4 small tables each with 2 seats which I appreciated cause I usually prefer to eat the food fresh rather than eating it in the car/bringing it home. Located in the middle of Pearland, parking won't be a problem in the shopping center they share with several businesses. I've stopped by three times: once for dinner, once for lunch, and once for happy hour. Ambiance (3.5/5): A comfortable, neighborhood restaurant. It's a pretty spacious one, too. They even have a private room for large groups. I've sat both at the bar and at a table. No complaints. Service (4.5/5): Service has been consistently good for me throughout my three visits. Forrest does a great job behind the bar. He's efficient, friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond. The type of service where you get a refill on your drink before you even have to ask. Drinks (4.5/5): One of the things I like about HT Seafood Company is that they have a great happy hour with specials on both drinks and food. The drink specials are fantastic. And they even do all day happy hour on Saturday! Something you rarely see from a bar or restaurant. Awesome! Food (4/5): A good number of dishes (10 or so) are on the happy hour menu. I've had their fondue fries and shrimp scampi. A little oily and heavy, but flavorful. The lobster grilled cheese with lobster bisque is also delicious. It's not cheap, but a very, very solid lunch option. They also have some lunch specials where you can get some good bang for your buck.
